I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like this but: scenario where Touka decides to be with Kaneki and their baby as well as save Yoriko despite the danger this could pose to her and her loved ones after learning her and Yoriko being connected while Touka is a ghoul may have doomed her friend unlike in the manga where she chose the safety of her and Kaneki and a possible family over Yoriko. It’s somewhat understandable why she did (baby to think of) but I would like her to also chose Yoriko

“Let’s do this.” Ayato cracks his knuckles.

“I can’t believe you talked me into another prison raid,” mumbles Yomo.

“It’s quality Kirishima bonding time.” Touka clears her throat.

“Onee-chan, promise you’ll be careful if you think the baby’s in danger.” Hinami frowns.

“I promise.” Touka sighs.

“Great!” Kaneki smiles brightly, because inwardly he’s screaming and dying. “Let’s do this.”

He casually strolls up to the guards, Naki and Miza behind him. “Oh, hey there.”

“Sasaki!” They draw their guns.

“Really? He just came to talk. That’s terribly impolite.” Tsukiyama drops down from the roof . “You’re surrounded. I suggest that you’re going to be very compliant, aren’t you?”

As soon as the Rc scanners are deactivated, Touka, Hinami, Ayato, and Yomo rush into the prison.

“Cell 414…cell 414…” Touka rushes up the stairs. “Yoriko!”

“Touka-chan?” Her best friend’s face pales. “Touka, why are you here? They say you’re a ghoul!”

“I am.” Touka slumps over. “I’m sorry I never told you.”

Yoriko frowns. “Hina is too?”

“Yup.”

Ayato waves. “Hi, I’m Ayato.”

“You!” Yoriko leaps to her feet. “You hurt your sister when you ran away!”

She approaches the cell door. “Why didn’t you tell me? I – I wouldn’t have turned you in.”

“I wanted to protect you.”

“Stand back.” Yomo electrifies the cell door. It swings free, and he grabs Yoriko. “Time to go.”

“Wait! Takeomi – my husband – he’s in jail, too, for punching the officer who arrested me.” Yoriko clutches Touka. “We have to save him, too.”

Touka sighs. “Am I gonna approve your husband? Lead on. Your wedding was lovely, by the way.”

Yoriko’s eyes fill with tears. “What?”

“Kaneki and I watched from over the hills.” Touka smiles sadly. “We’re married, too.”

Yoriko gasps. “Touka!” She hugs her. “I predicted right.”

“You did,” Touka admits with a laugh.

“Oh hey, Eyebrow-chan.” Ayato waves through the cell bars to Takeomi Kuriowa. “Wanna come with us and your wife? We promise we won’t eat you.”

“Yoriko! What’s – what are you doing?” Takeomi nearly falls over.

“Trusting Touka-chan. I think we can.”

“Don’t pretend you like Furuta.” Touka rolls her eyes as Yomo electrifies his cell door.

“I don’t but – ghouls – I mean – Yoriko -”

“Better than execution, right?” HInami wraps her kagune around him. “Come with us.”

When they’re all back in the 24th ward, Kaneki, Touka, Takeomi, and Yoriko sit down for a long conversation.

Scenario where Kaneki does flee with everyone into hiding during the raid on Anteiku instead of staying to fight. They all end up returning safely after the dangers over to work at the cafe as a family again. One day Mutsuki happens to walk in and interacts with Kaneki (who he takes an immediate shine to) and the others and is ultimately offered a part time job at Anteiku as a waiter. Thoughts of Kaneki and the others makes him accept happily, feeling like he finally belongs.

Cute!

“Here you go, sir. Black coffee.” The cute black-haired waiter hands a mug to Mutsuki.

Mutsuki smiles. “T-thanks.” It’s warm and comforting, something he sorely needs after leaving CCG.

“Your hair is a cute color. Do you dye it?” A pretty teenager with light brown hair waves at him.

“No.” Mutsuki blushes.

“I like it.”

“This is backbreaking work, Kaneki.” A bespectacled man with chestnut hair stops mopping the floor to sag against the wall.

“Stop being a drama queen, Nishiki-shit-head.” The manager stomps in, but pauses as soon as she notices Mutsuki. “Oh. I apologize.”

“It’s okay.” Mutsuki has to laugh. They seem like a big, happy family.

“Touka-chan, this is how you can Nishiki will scare off all our customers,” laughs a graceful black-haired woman.

“Not my ferocity?” A man with a large nose bares his teeth.

Mutsuki’s eyes mist. Family. He wishes he had one. But it’s his own fault he doesn’t.

So he keeps returning to the cafe. Yomo, a large man with a gentle demeanor, and Kaneki, a sweet kid about his age, meet him every day to discuss news and books, respectively. Yomo seems particularly interested when he learns Mutsuki is a graduate of CCG’s academy.

“Why’d you leave?” asks Touka, sitting besides Mutsuki.

“Be – because they did something…” Mutuski mumbles. They helped him blame ghouls instead of himself. They presented his case to younger students even though they knew it was a lie. How could he trust anything he’d been taught? “Something awful. And I didn’t want to be a part of it. And I hate blood.”

“Me too,” admits Kaneki.

“Wuss.” Touka pokes Kaneki’s nose, but she’s smiling.

“What do you think of ghouls?” Koma’s eyes glimmer.

“I really don’t know.” Mutsuki shrugs. “I don’t…hate them. I just don’t know them.”

“I mean, you do, but that’s cool.” Nishiki waves his hand.

“NIshiki!” Touka yells.

Mutsuki’s mouth drops open. “You’re – a – uh -”

“We all are. Well, Ken’s a half-ghoul. The rest of us are full ghouls.” Hinami holds out her hand, and Loser flutters down onto her fingers. She looks sweet and kind.

“I won’t tell,” Mutsuki promises. He’s in no position to judge murder, anyhow. But maybe…they wouldn’t hate him if they knew. “You’re all like family to me.”

“Good.” Touka hands him a mop. “Wanna work here?”

“Does that mean I’m off cleaning duty?” shouts Nishiki.

Mutsuki laughs. Someday he’ll tell them. For right now, he’ll enjoy this strange, strange family.

Remember how Urie was too late to rescue Mutsuki from Torso. How about an alternate hurt/comfort take on this where instead of Urie, Kaneki/Sasaki shows up in time to rescue his beloved student/subordinate himself (before Mutsuki utterly is able to destroy Torso like in canon) and Kaneki/Sasaki defeats Torso. After getting him to eat from him to replenish Mutsuki’s limbs he and Mutsuki open up and bond about the horrors they faced at the hands of their torturers and dark pasts

Soooo sweet, Nonny-mouse. TW for references to torture and sexual assault.

Why does this always happen? I hate me. Mutsuki pinches his eyes shut, praying that maybe he can die.

He feels Torso breathing besides him, and hates himself because he pities him.

“Get away from him!” A thick rinkaku pierces Torso through his heart. Mutsuki scrambles up to see Sensei holding Torso’s lifeless body aloft.

Sasaki tosses him away and turns to Mutsuki, who doubles over in a frantic attempt to make himself small. Sasaki knows. Sasaki sees.

“Mutsuki.” Sasaki’s voice breaks. He approaches his student tentatively.

“Go away,” Mutsuki cries. “I’m disgusting.”

“No!” Sasaki wraps his arms around him. “It’s okay. You’e okay, you’re okay, you’re okay.”

Mutsuki heaves a sob. “I’m not. I’m – you don’t know what I’ve done!”

“Then tell me. But first, you need to eat.” Sasaki holds out his arm. “This will grow your limbs quicker. I’m your leader and I okay this.”

Mutsuki’s kakugan gleams, and he dives in.

As Mucchan chews on him, Sasaki swallows. “I’ve been kidnapped and tortured, too. You know what I thought about, as Jason – the same one Suzuya killed – kept cutting off my toes and fingers, over and over and over? I kept thinking about how this was my fault. I kept thinking about my mom used to hit me. How she told me it was better to be hurt than to hurt. And that just couldn’t work in my situation anymore and I wanted it to work so bad.”

Mutsuki swallows. “Your family hurt you, too?”

Sasaki nods. Tears stream out from his eyes.

“My dad…hurt me. Like Torso did. My mom watched.” Mutsuki lets out a sob. Maybe if he confesses, Sasaki will understand. Maybe Sasaki will relive his pain by killing him. “And I…ghouls didn’t kill them, Sasaki. I did.”

“Mutsuki.” Sasaki looks sick.

“Please let me die.” Mutsuki stares at his regrowing hands.

“No.” Sasaki channels his inner Touka – whatever that means – and shoves more flesh into Mutsuki’s mouth. “I love you, Mutsuki. You’re my family. We’re…we’re a new family, of abandoned and abused kids and we suck a lot. But we love each other, and we help each other.”

“You don’t – hate me?” Mutsuki sniffles. “I’m as bad as Jason. As Torso.”

“You are not! You were more sinned against than sinned,” Sasaki quotes. “I told you, you’re okay, Mutsuki, you’re okay. I’ve got you. I’m not giving up, and neither should you.”

Mutsuki wails and grabs Sensei in a hug. “Help me.”

“Always.”

All the people with canon feelings and implied feelings fight over Kaneki/Sasaki’s affection in true harem fashion

Hahahahaha I love it.

“Sensei is mine,” cries Mutsuki, snatching a knife.

“He’s my Onii-chan. You can’t have him.” Hinami releases her butterfly kagune.

“I am hands-down the cutest,” Hajime calls, sprawling across a sofa.

“You’re like 12, bebe.” Tsukiyama holds up a rose.”I am the older, star-crossed lover. I have mystique.”

“I have bite marks from my husband.” Touka pulls down her shirt to reveal her shoulder. “Sorry, I don’t make the rules.”

Hinami smiles at her. “You see?”

“Valid point, valid point.” Tsukiyama sighs. “But can we all agree that if you weren’t here, I would be number one?”

“No!” Mutsuki tackles him.

“This is fun.” Hajime watches Tsukiyama pull Mutsuki’s hair, and Mutsuki claw Tsukiyama’s face.

“Now my face is the prettiest!” Hajime races towards Touka. “I can mess up yours now!”

Hinami wraps him in her petals. “Down, baby.”

“If my kid turns out half as annoying as you…” Touka threatens.

“Kaneki loves Touka!” cries HInami. “I’m his little sister. Shuu’s his friend. Mutsuki’s his kid. You’re…a…”

“Twerp,” Touka finishes.

“Shut up!” Hajime clamors free. “I am adorable!”

The door opens.

“Huh?” Kaneki blinks.

“Sensei!” shrieks Mutsuki, launching himself at Kaneki.

“Ken!” Touka uses her ukaku to reach him first.

Hinami uses her petals to pull him closer to her. Tsukiyama grabs Kaneki by the ankles and is dragged along. Hajime leaps atop Kaneki’s shoulders.

“WHAT IS HAPPENING?”

“Eh?” Ayato peers into see the One-Eyed King buried under a mountain of frantic admirers.

Weird ask: Touka eating Kaneki after mating because… nutritional needs. [Black widow spider style]

This is one of the most intriguing asks I’ve gotten. Love it!

“Kaneki,” Touka whimpers.

“Hmm?” Kaneki looks up from between her legs.

“I need to eat.”

“We’re low on food.” Kaneki sits up, concerned.

“No, I was thinking. For the baby. Maybe if I eat his father, it will help him or her.” Touka laughs. “Not all of you, Ken.”

Kaneki offers her his shoulder without a moment’s hesitation.

Touka’s teeth sink into his flesh, and he has to admit there’s something exciting about his wife cannibalizing him.

“You taste good,” she murmurs, wiping the blood off her lips. “I see why Shuu wanted you.”

“Touka!” Kaneki has to laugh along with her.

She pins him to the bed and continues to chew down his back. God, she’s so hungry.

She’s heard of female ghouls completely devouring their spouse once they were with child. Most are legends.

She won’t go this far. She’ll be restrained, because she loves Kaneki.

When she’s satiated, he begins to heal, and Touka snuggles closer to the side she hasn’t feasted upon. “I love you, Ken.”

Can someone please Wake up Naki? Like. Dude this joke is getting way too far. *ugly crying*

*commence more ugly crying*

“What the…” Miza looks up as the tunnels quake around her. Dust and pebbles fall to her forehead.

Something big has happened. Miza swallows. She knows she’s needed. She knows Naki cannot join her.

So she leans forward and kisses his lips.

Miza is trudging away when she hears a cry.

She spins back around. “Naki?”

“You – I’ve never been kisses before.” Naki struggles to stand. Tears stream down his cheeks. “Not even by Big Bro. You’re my first, Miza. It – it tasted like candy.”

“You don’t know what candy tastes like,” Miza tosses back. Her blush is unmistakable.

“Like you, right?” Naki clasps her hand as another earthquake rattles the tunnel. “Is the pock-lips coming?”

“Apocalypse?” Miza swallows. “I have no idea. We need to hurry – there could be more attacks up ahead.”

“Then let’s go. Naki never gives up.” He smiles. “Especially with Miza by his side.”

(Part 2 to the dream request Bonds deepen when the nightmares return and this time, they witness Kaneki’s torture by Jason and all that it entailed, ending with Kaneki’s utter destruction and first act of Ghoul cannibalism. Since Ayato was so bitter about it, he gets to join the suffering this time.

Ayato thanks you. 😉

Touka screeches herself awake.

“What’s wrong?” Kaneki shakes her.

Oh, right. He sees Hinami and Ayato curled up at their feet. Shuu is on the floor, oddly cuddled with Aura and Higemaru. Hsaio and Saiko lie half under the bed, and Mutsuki lays his head on Urie’s chest.

Please tell me they didn’t find out more.

“He put centipedes – centipedes in your ear!” Touka claps her hands over her ears.

Ayato lets out a shrill scream, and Hinami bolts upright. Soon everyone is yelling.

“Kill me instead!” Saiko wails.

“I can’t choose!” Mutsuki shrieks.

“Nine-hundred ninety three,” sobs Hsaio. “It’s nine-hundred nintey three.”

“Is it all right if I eat you?” Ayato pins Hinami beneath him, only to gasp into consciousness. “Hina, I’m sorry!”

“It’s all right.” She scrambles towards Kaneki. “Big brother.”

“I hate bugs.” Aura trembles.

“I like them, but not in me.” Higemaru shudders.

“It’s terrible,” Urie mumbles.

“Hey, Ayato had the dream,” Touka points at him.

“I…it was a nightmare.” Ayato swallows. “I let that happen to you, Kaneki.”

“I know. I forgive you.”

“I should have done something.” Ayato clenches his fist.

“It’s okay, really.” Kaneki gulps. “I’m so sorry I upset you all.”

“Sorry?” Saiko asks incredulously.

“Kaneki, ma chere, we’re sorry,” says Tsukiyama. “You have suffered terribly. And we all – we don’t think it’s a burden to know. We don’t think it’s a weakness of yours. We love you and call you friend.”

“We want to know,” Mutsuki says, reaching for Kaneki’s hand.

“It’s what families do, right?” Saiko holds up a high five to Touka. “About time you prepared for that, anyhow.”

Kaneki laughs.

“Tell us the rest, if you’re ready,” Mutsuki says.

“We’ll listen. We’re all here.” Touka smiles and rubs Kaneki’s shoulders.

“I don’t even know where to begin.” Kaneki surveys their beautiful faces.

“How about the beginning,” Aura mutters, and everyone laughs.

Baby Masanori’s first trip to the park keeps his parents on their feet.

“Tweet-tweet!” Masanori wriggles out of Hairu’s arms and races for the bird. It squeaks and flies off.

“Masanori, be careful,” calls Ui.

“I’m careful.” Masanori giggles and hurries over to the fountain.

“Shit,” Hairu mumbles to Ui, just as their child tumbles into the water.

Luckily, the water isn’t deep. Ui fishes Masanori out.

“It’s wet.” Masanori grins and hugs Ui. “Now you’re wet, too.”

“I am indeed,” Ui says dryly.

“Can you take me on the slide?” Masanori points over to the playground.

“Yes!” Hairu grabs him by the hand. “Hold onto me now.”

She helps Masanori climb to the top.

“I want to go in your lap.” Masanori’s eyes are wide.

“Okay.” Hairu sits him down. “Ready?”

“Ready.”

“Wheeee!” Hairu shoves off, and they slide to the bottom, where Ui’s open arms are waiting to catch his son.
