Some fluffy Shirazu x Saiko pleaseeeeee

“Shiragin, you haven’t finished your ice cream.” Saiko looks worried. “Are you worried about Haru?”

“I’m always worried about her,” he admits.

“Then the solution is to a) visit her, and b) bring ice cream.” Saiko nods. “Let’s do this.”

“You’re crazy,” Shirazu protests.

“What’s her favorite flavor? We’re getting at least a liter.” Saiko steps up to the counter. She always has room in her stomach for more ice cream.

“Rainbow sherbet.”

“It’s your favorite, too, isn’t it?” Saiko narrows her eyes. “It’s not technically ice cream.”

“Maybe.” Shirazu grins. “Should we really spend all this money?”

“For Haru? Obviously, the answer is yes.”

“Well, when you put it like that…” Shirazu knows he shouldn’t be slacking with Saiko today, but – but – it’s just one day, and it’s for Haru

————————–

“You two are a cute couple,” Haru says cheerfully, slurping down more sherbet from her hospital bed.

She looks so happy, Shirazu can’t regret playing hooky. Even though his stomach hurts from a sugar overload.

Saiko appears unfazed by their carbohydrate fest. “Ooh, are we?”

“The fuck?!” Shirazu exclaims, leaping to his feet. Haru’s insinuation only now sinks in.

“You’re dating, right?” Haru blinks.

“NO!”

“Hey! Boyfriend, sit down and kiss me,” Saiko demands.

“Excuse you?” Shirazu’s head spins.

Saiko folds her hands into a heart. “Kiss me and make your sister happy. And yourself.”

“Why would I? You’re – my coworker – and you -” Dammit, she’s cute. And nice. And sexy.

Shirazu leans over and pecks Saiko on the lips. To his surprise, his heart flutters and a thrill runs through him.

So he kisses her again. Haru cheers as Saiko whispers, “Thanks, Shiragin.”

Chikamaru AU where Maru discovers that Yoshitoki is actually a ghoul and literally doesn’t give a fuck about it and proceeds to smooch his longtime friend in front of everybody? And so Chika joins forces with Hide & co~

Yassssssss.

“Yoshitoki.” Marude Itsuki approaches Yoshitoki from behind. He holds out the gun, and he’s disgusted his hand doesn’t shake. Has he really been trained this cold?

“If this is a joke, it isn’t funny.” Yoshitoki says tightly. Why – why does Maru have a gun on him? Is it all about to end?

Marude holds up King Bileygr. “It’s not that I believe everything in this book. I checked all your meals and medical records. Nothing is off. But then I checked the Rc Scan Gates. You, Matsuri, Hsaio Ching-Li, Ihei Hairu, Arima Kishou – you all cause spikes in the scanners without detection.”

Yoshitoki says nothing.

“Is it true?” Are you – have you desecrated everything we’ve been fighting for?” Marude’s voice doesn’t shake, and he hates himself for it.

From the corner of his eye, Yoshitoki sees a man losing his purpose. I’m sorry, Maru.

“Why?” Marude whispers. “Was it all a lie? Chika?”

Chika. Yoshitoki wants to return to those days, to return to being just Chika and Itsuki, young men living full of potential.

“You were my friend, weren’t you? So why the secret?” Marude creeps closer, raising the gun.

Yoshitoki turns around, and he sees no anger on his face. He sees acceptance, sorrow even, and defeat.

He’s never seen Chika defeated before.

The gun finally shakes in his hands.

Marude can’t quite drop it, but he stumbles forward. Chika doesn’t move. If Maru wants to kill him, he will not blame him.

Marude’s face approaches. Yoshitoki steals himself.

And then Maru’s lips meet his.

Yoshitoki gasps in sync with the guards behind them. “What?”

“We were friends. If – if that wasn’t a lie, show me a way forward. Join Nagachika and I. You’re … you don’t have to live with this alone.” Marude laughs harshly. “I’m no good at kindness, you know. But I know if there’s anyone I want to show mercy to, it’s you. Call it love, call it idiocy, call it treason. I’m here to help.”

“You don’t know what you’re up against.”

Maru snorts. “Isn’t that the situation we officers often find ourselves in?”

Yoshitoki doesn’t believe in absolution for his crimes. But he hopes that someday, with Maru by his side, he can stop them from perpetuating. This is everything he’s ever wanted, and he’s scared to nod his head.

His friend loves him. His friend knows he’s a ghoul, and he kissed him.

Finally Chika can whisper, “Okay.”

Seiaki first time. (+ angst? ty and i love your writing)

Aw thank you!

“Takizawa.”

He’s known she’d find him eventually. But he’s been too scared to face a conscious Akira.

“Seidou?”

“Akira.” He feels like he doesn’t deserve to say her name. “Why?”

“Look at me.”

Begrudgingly – because he can’t refuse her, no matter how much he fears – Seidou turns around.

She looks beautiful and strong again. Her hair flows down her shoulders.

And he, he’s decrepit and disfigured. His hair is white. His skin is mottled. His soul, should he have one, is worse.

Her eyes flash. “Seidou, what did they do to you?”

He jerks. “It doesn’t matter.”

“It matters to me.” Akira approaches him. “Seidou, you’re not a monster. You never have been. You were a pain in my ass at the academy, but i liked that. We pushed each other to do our best.”

“I wish we could go back,” admits Seidou, still unable to meet her eyes.

“We can resume where we left,” Akira says, stepping closer.

Her face is inches from his. He’s scared she will, scared she won’t – and then he’s the one kissing her.

She kisses back, even biting him ever so slightly.

“Akira,” he whispers.

“Seidou, don’t run away any more. We’re strong enough to face the world together. You’re not alone.” Akira tightens her hold on him.

“Can I?” Tears stream down his face as she removes his shirt, along with her own. “You’re so beautiful.”

“I still find you beautiful yourself.” Akira wipes his tears away. He pulls her onto him, because for once – fuck it. Fuck it. He’s going to make love to the woman he loves, even if he dies soon, even if he can’t be redeemed. Because in this moment, he’s whole.

Akira knows their relationship won’t cure Seidou. He’ll have to bear his scars until the end – but she’s determined the end is many years away. For now, she wants to give her all to the friend she lost and found again.

Ever though about Tamaki and Nakarai?…. my smol blonde boi deserves joy

“Nakarai, what are you staring at?” Mizurou Tamaki hurries outside.

Keijin Nakarai looks back from his seat on the steps to their house. “The stars. Miyuki was right. You could lose yourself looking at them.”

“We’d find you,” says Tamaki.

Nakarai snorts. “Only if I want to be found.”

“You know you’d miss us!” Tamaki slaps Nakarai’s shoulder. “You know it!”

“All right, all right, I would, okay?” Nakarai laughs.

“Good.” Tamaki elbows Nakarai all the same.

“Do tha again,” Nakarai warns, “and I’ll tickle you.”

Tamaki gasps, recalling how just last week they introduced Suzuya to the horrible concept of tickles. “You wouldn’t dare!”

You know I would.” Nakarai grins.

“Can I kiss you?”

“What?!” He spurts.

“I mean – Nakarai, you – I like you.” Tamaki lowers his eyes. “That’s why I followed you out here.”

“Looking at the stars, we have our first kiss. Does this make us star-crossed? You better not die on me.” Nakarai can’t believe it, but finally – “So that’s a yes!”

Their lips meet, and Nakarai feels like he’s started a great adventure and Tamaki feels wanted and –

And then both hear Suzuya, Hanbee, and Mikage giggling from the door behind them.

A normal day off for the original Quinx squad, but the difference is, Urie is walking around in a puffy 50s style black skirt that goes down to just above his knees. Everyone notices how awesome it looks and makes a big deal but to him, it’s just something comfortable that Suzuya suggested :)

“What the hell?” Shirazu goggles at Urie’s puffy skirt.

“That looks comfortable,” says Saiko.

“Wow, Urie.” Mutsuki blushes. Something about Urie transgressing gender boundaries warms his heart.

“Not wearing fabric tight around your legs – it’s surprisingly comfortable.” Urie pirouettes before the Quinx Squad. “Suzuya suggested something useful for once. He’s usually just suggesting candy.”

“That, too, is useful,” says Saiko.

“It is not,” Urie snaps, his sour self once again.

“Urie, what are you wearing?” Sasaki drops the food he’s been cooking.

Okay okay okay current timeline Urie and Mutsuki, all with Muuchan being in love with Sasaki and Urie being in love with Mutsuki and so on, Mutsuki catches Urie and Saiko about to leave, Saiko hugs him, then Urie hugs him and nervously tells him he loves him (“just…I love you, you absolute idiot!!”) then he and Saiko run off and judt after, Mutsuki starts crying. A scenario??

“Off to CCG?” Mutsuki asks stiffly, watching Saiko dance out the door where Urie waits, tapping his foot.

“Mucchy!” Saiko turns around with a gasp and launches herself into his arms. “Have fun with the Oggai.”

Fun? Mutsuki laughs nervously.

Saiko draws away and pokes Urie.

He growls, but grabs Mutsuki in an embrace.

Mutsuki gasps. Urie? Hug? Huh?

“Mutsuki, I love you, you absolute idiot,” Urie blurts out.

Mutsuki stares at him. “Me?”

“Come on, Urie.” Saiko winks at Mutsuki as she drags Urie along. “Make him want you.”

Mutsuki watches them – his family – leave. Urie loves him? Why? How?

Tears fill his eyes, and he hugs himself to remember how Urie’s arms felt. Urie loves me.

But how?

Masanori wants to teach Miki all his nicks and tricks on mischief

“Miki, pay attention!” Masanori giggles. “I have something to show you.”

“Okay.” His sister is not nearly as adventurous as he, but Masanori’s sure that’s because she hasn’t tasted adventure yet.

“We’re going to steal cookies from the cookie jar.”

“Isn’t stealing b – bad?”

“No, because they taste good.” Masanori smiles. “I’ve never gotten in trouble. Watch me. The trick isn’t to taking the cookies; that’s easy. The key is not getting caught after.”

“Huh?”

“Watch.” Masanori takes two cookies. “Mommy and Daddy will find the crumbs. So, here’s what we do.”

He leads her back to their room and opens their closet. “See the ceiling door? That’s the attic.”

“How can you reach?”

“I climb my clothes.” Placing the giant cookie securely in his mouth, Masanori climbs his clothes until he dangles beneath the attic door. A ladder tumbles out, nearly impaling him, but Masanori doesn’t care.

“Let’s go up! We can make all the crumbs we want.” He leads a giggling Miki to the stuffy attic and turns on his flashlight. A sea of crumbs greets Miki. “Look, here are my pet ants!”

Ui and Hairu first telling masanori that he’s going to be a big brother?

“Masanori, we have some news for you.” Hairu watches their child stuff his face with a “ginormous” ice-cream sundae. Topped with his – and her – favorite strawberries. Ui prefers hot fudge.

“Hmm? What?” He looks up, sticky pink smeared across his cheeks to match his hair.

Ui squeezes her hand. “You’re going to be a big brother.”

They hold their breaths. This could go either way.

Masanori squeals with glee. “REALLY?!” He tilts his head back to smile at the ceiling. “Me, a big bro! I’ll get to teach him all the things.”

“Could be a she,” Hairu jokes.

Masanori makes a face. “I don’t care. I want my little person.”

Someone else to play with! To spy on the adults! To help him sneak cookies from the cabinet! This is awesome!

He quivers with excitement. “When?”

“In a few months. It’s growing in my tummy.” Hairu pats herself.

“Oh.” Masanori frowns, and then he asks the dreaded question. “How?”

In the Minami/Arima au, I think Saiko straight up calls Minami “Mommy”, so can I have a scenario of a Christmas where Arima hears Saiko call his wife mommy? I need his reaction

“I got you a present!” Saiko hands a cope of The Nightmare Before Christmas to Minami. “This seems like your type of movie, Mommy.”

Minami grins.

Arima coughs on the cookie in his mouth.

“Do you need eggnog?” Minami winks and hands her husband her glass.

He gladly gulps it, but his face is now purple. “Yonebayashi.”

People are staring. Akira is smirking, Suzuya laughs, and Sasaki looks oddly touched.

“I figured Mommy was better than Grandmommy.” Saiko smiles and walks away, savoring every moment of existential crisis that plagues Arima.

Ayato’s nickname as toto

“Why the fuck would you name me after a dog from a crappy old movie?” Kirishima Ayato is aghast.

“Because it suits you,” Takizawa Seidou snickers. “Here, Toto! There, Toto! Everywhere, a little Toto!”

Ayato turns purple.

“Don’t kill him,” Hinami pleads. “Tatara won’t like that.”

“Hina, he nicknamed me Toto.”

And so Ayato’s hatred of Takizawa begins. For months he fears that the ranks of Aogiri have called him a yippy dog behind his back.

But when the nickname dies along with Aogiri, he and Takizawa both find themselves in GOAT.

Just before Takizawa battles Amon Koutarou in CCG’s lab, he turns around and says, “Take care, Toto.”

And Ayato finds himself battling a lump in his throat.
