imagine since the ghouls and humans are working together and the majority of goat practically worships sasaki, the anteiku squad comes in like “ehhhhhh he’s a dumbass” and urie in his head is like “these are my people” sits down with them anteiku squad starts recounting all the stupid stories they had of kaneki

OH MY GOD CAN THIS HAPPEN.

“Kaneki is amazing,” sighs one of the GOAT children.

“He’s a dumbass!” Serpent grumbles.

“Yes, but he’s my dumbass,” Rabbit shoots back.

“He’s my dumbass!” cries the Gourmet. “Mine! Just once, Touka-chan!”

Kaneki? A dumbass? Urie veers into their group. You are my people. “I’ve been calling him a dumbass since I found out he would be our Squad Leader.”

“You’re Urie, right? I’m Touka.” Rabbit holds out her hand with a smile.

He shakes it gingerly. “Yeah, I recognized you.”

“He once beat the shit out of me when Hide was in danger,” Nishiki recalls. “That being said, I had also beat the shit out of both of them.”

“Yeah, you kinda asked for that one,” Touka teases.

“I once tricked him into becoming dinner at the ghoul restaurant.” Tsukiyama frowns. “Not my finest hour.”

“Uh.” Urie blinks. “I once…got mad and told him where to shove it?”

“Oh did you?” Touka crosses her arms. “Do tell me more.”

“Touka would know.” Tsukiyama wiggles his eyebrows.

“Shut up.” Touka sighs. “I also punched him around a lot when we were younger. He didn’t know ghoul things, and he made me mad, and I didn’t know how else to handle it.”

“Yeah, I mean, that’s why I made his Squad Leader hell, too. I didn’t know where to place my anger.” Urie sighed.

“See, we’re alike.” Tsukiyama spread his hands.

“I didn’t try to let him be eaten as entertainment!” Urie exclaims.

“Oh, you think that’s bad?” Tsukiyama waves Ayato over. “Ayato, what’re you’re thoughts on Kaneki?”

“My brother-in-law is a dumbass,” grumbles the second Rabbit.

“I like you,” Urie says.

“Wait to you hear what he allowed.” Tsukiyama cackles. “See, we’re all people who’ve done terrible things, just like you at CCG. And if we can unite with each other, we can unite with you.”

When touken baby is a toddler and refuses to say anything but “No,”

Bahahahahahhahaha. Love it.

“Mitsu, come here.” Touka points to the dinner table.

“No.” Mitsu continues to play with her stuffed animals. She told Kaneki earlier that she’s making up her own story.

“Mitsu, obey your mother,” Kaneki says.

Mitsu looks up again in surprise. “No.”

“Obey your father?” Kaneki tries.

“No.” Mitsu giggles and sets her penguin atop the dog. She makes them charge towards two fluffy cats as large as she, presents from Uncle Shuu.

“Mitsu. I know your story is interesting, but you can work on it later.” Kaneki crosses the room and lifts Mitsu off the ground.

“No!” she cries. “No, no, no!”

“I’m going to eat Nishiki for teaching her that,” Touka mutters.

“I mean, to be fair, we tell her no all the time,” Kaneki says, setting Mitsu in her seat.

“No you don’t,” Mitsu says.

Hey look, she said something besides no, Touka thinks. Kaneki winks at her.

Im lov Kyou???? Please give us more of her? What’s her sister’s name?

Writing about Kyou, Paragon of Salt, was a delightful surprise. 😀

“This is Chiharu.” Kyou points languidly towards a smaller, curvier girl with the same luminescent hair.

“Hi! You’re Tsukiyama, right?” Chiharu can’t be older than seventeen. She’s clearly intimidated by the Gourmet, and stands slightly behind her older sister.

“I am. A pleasure to meet you, Mademoiselle.” Tsukiyama bows before her, and Chiharu can’t help but giggle.

Kyou rolls her eyes affectionately.

“Is this the guy you’ve been sneaking off to see the last week? At least, I assume it’s a guy.” Chiharu taps her fingers together. “Are you two dating?!”

“What?!” Kyou gasps. “No, it’s not like that.”

Tsukiyama’s face falls.

Chiharu points towards him.

“Are you okay?” Kyou pauses. She just – she can’t really believe that the famed gourmet would love a salt bucket like her.

“I’d be more okay if you were my girlfriend.” Tsukiyama pouts.

“Really?” Kyou’s mouth falls open.

“Yes. You’re a breath of fresh air, belle.” His heart flutters as she takes his hands in hers.

“I’d be honored.”

Tsukiyama sweeps her off her feet and kisses her right in front of Chiharu. “You make me so happy, belle!”

HIDE AND YORIKO MEETING HIDE AND YORIKO MEETING HIDE AND YORIKO MEETING

It’s like the collision of two suns!

“So you’re Touka-chan’s best friend.” Hide slides besides Yoriko. Across the room, Takeomi’s eyes narrow.

Yoriko rolls her eyes at her husband before turning to Hide. “And you’re Kaneki’s. I’m so glad they’re married. I’ve been teasing her about them since I first saw him in her apartment!”

“I told him to date her the first time he took me to Anteiku!” Hide cackles, then sighs. “Unfortunately, he was interested in Rize at the time, and we all know how that one worked out.”

“Eh,” says Yoriko. “If he hadn’t become a ghoul, would he and Touka be happy right now?” She grins. “I hope you’re prepared for me being the crazy aunt.”

“I’m going to be the fun uncle. All the toys!” Hide rubs his hands together.

He likes Yoriko. She hands him smiles and sunshine, and doesn’t flinch at his scars. They should have met and intervened for their friends years earlier.

“That’s okay. Takeomi can be the boring, dependable one,” Yoriko jokes. “I’ll take the baby on adventures. And, somehow, I’ll find something they can eat and bake it for them.”

“This sounds important,” Hide agrees.

“Ooh, what do you like to eat?” Yoriko tilts her head. “See, I can’t help with fighting or anything. So I will feed you all in the meantime.”

Maybe mutsurie first makeout session that Saiko walks in on?

“Mucchan,” groans Urie. And then he can’t resist calling him that special, sweet name. “Tooru.”

Mutsuki whimpers and digs his tongue deeper into Urie’s mouth, feeling every crevice around his teeth. He likes this boy. He likes his body. “Kuki.”

“I can’t…you’re so amazing.” Urie dives into their kisses.

Mutsuki pushes Urie down onto his couch. He straddles him and wraps his arms tight around him, leaving kiss after kiss on Urie’s lips.

Urie gazes up at him in amazement. He never knew he could feel this joyful.

And it’s all because of Mutsuki Tooru. He treasures him.

Mutsuki kisses him deeply, slowing down their pace to savor every second with Urie. Whoever would have thought they’d wind up here, together? When Urie was a brat and he a scaredy-cat in denial?

The door bangs open. “Hey, you guys are being awfully loud -”

Saiko’s eyes widen.

Urie squeaks, and Mutsuki is dead silent. They stop and stare at her.

“Never mind, then. Carry on. Be safe.” Saiko winks and slides the door shut.

“She’s going to tell everyone,” Mutsuki whispers.

“I don’t mind.” Urie pulls Mutsuki back down.

could you write ui asking hirako to help him relax and they do the do, and ui feel SO MUCH BETTER AFTERWARDS💕(and this could be canon :3c did you see the afterglow on ui’s face in 150 lol)

Omg, AFTERGLOW. THAT MUST BE IT. ❤

“I just…I can’t relax, Hirako. People died, and I helped those kids die.” Ui sobs into Hirako’s arms. They’re holed up in a small motel while they decide what to do.

“Shhhh. It’s okay.” Hirako rubs Ui’s shoulders. Yusa is out buying clothing for all three while he tries to calm Ui down.

“It’s not.”

“You’re right, but it will be.” Hirako draws Ui closer to him.

“I’m the worst person ever. You should hate me.”

“Ui, I love you.” Hirako smiles slightly. Shio and Rikai…they’d want him to confess. He will live for them.

“Me?” Ui chokes. “Why?”

“Because I do. And nothing’s going to change that, Ui.”

Ui looks up at him with a wild gaze, and sinks his mouth into Hirako’s.

He’s a terrible kisser. Hirako likes Ui even more for this. He returns the kiss, and after a few passionate minutes, he reaches for Ui’s pants. After all, who knows when Yusa will return.

“Do you want me to?”

Ui nods eagerly.

Hirako slides his lips below Ui’s shirt.

By the time Yusa re-enters Ui’s small apartment, Ui and Hirako seem slightly more out of breath and disheveled than before. Maybe it’s just his imagination, though.

Ui smiles sweetly as he accepts the clothing Yusa bought for him. As he locks himself in the bathroom to change, he feels a whisper of hope – like he may be worth love after all.

I really want the Qs to discover Shirazu’s body in Kanou’s laboratory

You and me both.

“What is this place?” Saiko blinks slowly. She takes in the sterilized slabs, the air so frigid she sees her breath, the smell of cleaning fluids and the scalding blue light above.

“Where is the science?” Hsaio adds with a frown.

“Clearly you all haven’t watched enough police procedurals. Saiko, I’m disappointed.” Higemaru steps forward. With a roll of his eyes, he reaches for a steel drawer and yanks.

Urie swears as legs slowly roll out. A corpse, of course.

Mutsuki says nothing. He’s been quiet since his return to CCG. But Urie can see the perturbations in his eyes.

Aura stiffens suddenly as the body finishes rolling out.

The hair is orange. The face familiar.

Saiko tries to scream, but no sound emerges.

Urie’s blood drains from his face. Higemaru shakes. Mutsuki begins sobbing. And Hsaio rushes forward, because she needs to be closer, close enough to see –

It’s him. Shirazu Ginshi.

“Kanou was going to revive him?” Saiko cries.

“No!” Hsaio shakes her head. “It’s impossible, Saiko.”

“Don’t make the same mistake Ui did,” Urie says.

“But – but – I just want to go back,” Mutsuki protests, moving closer. Aura follows, like a shield.

“We can’t!” Urie yells. “We can’t go back! He’s dead, all of you: He’s dead and gone!”

He hangs his head as Saiko rushes closer. He’s all alone on his side of the room.

When he looks up, Higemaru has glided to his side.

“It’s okay to be upset.”

Urie swears again, but allows his subordinate to pat his shoulder.

Furuta visits a school for educational purposes to educate a class of kids about the CCG. The teacher leaves to go to the toilet and comes back to Furuta and the kids dancing to Taylor Swift

“I’ll be stepping out for just a sec,” says the cute teacher. She looked ill when he presented his child soldiers. In short, Furuta might be asking for her number later.

He nods and turns back to the class. “Any inappropriate questions now that your teacher isn’t here?”

“Who’s your favorite singer?” yells one kid.

“Ooh, look what you made me do,” Furuta intones.

When the teacher opens the door, she hears a raucous shout.

“MAD LOVE!”

She flings open the door.

“So take a look what you’ve doooooooone, ‘cuz now we’ve got BAD BLOOD!”

Furuta is helping the kids flip over tables and do stunts like Taylor’s video. Or maybe like CCG.

The teacher isn’t quite sure. She’s just sure that she’s completely stunned.

He beckons her, but she shakes her head.

Then she sees Furuta’s eyes cloud over at the line If you live like that, you live with ghosts. But almost immediately he’s back to his cheerful self, belting out the chorus once again.

He beckons again, and, reluctantly, she joins the song.

Mutsurie first kiss?

Hello yes, I am here for this.

Mutsuki and Urie scramble away from the fallen V agents. Mutsuki is stunned by Urie’s kagune skill – of course, maybe he wouldn’t be if he’d been around the Quinx more often these past few months.

“You’re impressive,” Mutsuki says tentatively. “Urie!”

He gasps at Urie’s two kakugans.

Urie drops his eyes.

“You framed out?”

Urie hangs his head and nods. “Saiko saved me.”

Mutsuki’s heart twists. Saiko didn’t kill him. Saiko would never put down a friend. Could he – should he have trusted her?

“You’re not the only one,” he said on impulse.

Urie gasps to see Mutsuki’s eyes – black corneas, red irises. Mutsuki smiles tearfully.

“I wish I could have known,” Urie says. “You’re not alone, Mutsuki. Let me help you. If you can help me.”

“I’m not in much of a position to help anyone.”

“You weren’t at the auction, either, but you did,” Urie says. He bites his lip. “Ever since then I’ve wanted to kiss you.”

Mutsuki blinks.

“I love you, Mutsuki. Tooru.” Urie can’t believe he’s baring his heart right now, during battle. But he needs to live with that chance. “I know you love Sas -”

Mutsuki interrupts him. Feelings fire in his soul, and he plants his lips on Urie’s before he can talk himself out of it. For once, he feels wanted.

Urie kisses him tenderly yet passionately. Mutsuki wraps his arms around Urie and feels Urie’s hands in his hair.

Urie steps back. “Wow.”

Tsukiyama falls in love with a ghoul at Goat. Everyone is supportive of his crush etc so when he talks to this ghoul, one of the first things they say is that they can’t stand and extremely dislike Kaneki and only joined Goat because their sister asked them too. Tsukiyama finds them irritating but also clever and beautiful etc (please choose whether this ghoul is male, female or neither and name them if you can)

“You got this,” Nishiki whispers. Banjou gives Tsukiyama a thumbs up. Even Kaneki winks.

Tsukiyama rushes over to Kyou, the long-legged, blonde vixen he’s been eyeing since GOAT assembled in the 24th ward. “Coffee?”

She laughs nervously as she continues filing coffee grounds into ration containers. “Me?”

“Yes, ma cherie.”

Kyou narrows her eyes, but stops her work. Tsukiyaama putters about, brewing coffee to place in her hand.

They stroll down the hallway, away from others. Kyou clears her throat. “So what did you wish to talk about?”

“How are things going for you?” Tsukiyama finds her direct nature intimidating.

“You want the nice version or the truth, dear?” Kyou flips her hair over her shoulder.

“The truth,” Tsukiyama says suspiciously.

She scowls. “I fucking hate our king.”

“Kaneki? How can you hate him? He’s an innocent cheesecake.” Tsukiyama gasps.

“And about as dense,” Kyou counters.

“Then why are you here?” Tsukiyama can’t believe their date is going this sour this quickly. And that Kaneki had approved this.

“My sister.” Kyou shrugged. Her eyes flash. “I just…he’s so inactive. He’s going to get us all killed, and I refuse to act like this is a good thing.”

“You sound personally offended. You don’t even know him,” Tsukiyama says.

“Don’t I?” Kyou sighs. “I feel betrayed by King Kaneki. I – I joined because of my sister, yes, but also because wanted to rally around someone who desired to help humans and ghouls. Someone who didn’t fit neatly into categories and worked to reconcile the two. All I wanted was to know it was possible.”

Tsukiyama waits. Annoyed, yes, but also curious. There’s something behind her words.

“I don’t fit neatly into categories either. I was born a male, but I’m a woman. I just wanted to know it was possible to usher in a world where there aren’t binaries. Male, female; human, ghoul. But if even those who preach it don’t practice it, is there any hope for me?” Kyou smiles.

She’s surely freaked him out. She hates his friend, and she’s not the female he thought. He’ll regret this date.

But to her surprise, Shuu’s eyes have misted over. He can’t help but remember Kanae. In the end, she found her truth.

Hopefully Kyou can without dying. As frustrating as her snap judgement of Kaneki is, he feels admiration for her as well. He wants a second date.

He leans over and clinks his coffee mug against hers. “I think you have a beautiful way with words, belle.”
