Naki survives and then Miza decides fuck it and asks him to marry her while her face is more pink than her hair

“You scared me!” Miza swats at Naki as soon as his eyes flicker open. He still lies on the damp concrete, among the corpses of the 24th ward.

Naki blinks at her, confused. She’s mad? No, she’s smiling and crying.

“I’m so glad, Naki, I’m so glad you’re here,” she says, over and over and over again.

“Big Brother would want me to stay with you,” he says dreamily.

“Naki.” Miza blushes. Her face turns the exact color of her hair. “Fuck it. Marry me.”

“For real?” Naki sits up, suddenly revitalized.

“Yes!” Miza dives forward and sinks her teeth into Naki’s shoulder. She feels his teeth inside her, too.

She can tell him about Dragon and Kaneki later. Right now, she is marrying the ghoul she loves.

Why do I love angst so much? Some Uta X Yomo as a couple angst? Maybe set pre cannon but after their teen years

We all love angst. Join the angst party.

Yomo glances at his phone. Itori had given him no other indications besides an address in the fourth ward.

He arrives in the back alley to see Uta knocked against the concrete, surrounded by half a dozen thugs. Ghoul thugs, mind you; Uta could surely handle humans.

“What’s going on?” Yomo demands.

“Aw, has your boyfriend come to save you?” mocks one. Uta doesn’t respond.

“What’s going on is your boy is no longer in charge of the fourth ward. Not after all those investigators got called down here,” snaps the largest one.

“And we’re making sure he doesn’t come back,” adds the first.

Yomo eyes him.

“So Uta likes the strong, silent type?” tries another.

Yomo stays quiet. But in the dark they see his kakugans glowing.

The largest lunges at him, and Yomo easily knocks him into the wall.

“Ow!”

“Let’s get out of here,” says the first nervously.

The assholes run away, and Yomo scrambles to help Uta up.

“I’m fine. Just weak. Losing my leadership. Again.” Uta laughs bleakly, shrugging off Yoyo’s assistance.

“Again?” Yomo wonders.

“It doesn’t matter. I could have killed them all.” Uta smiles thinly. “I should have.”

“Then why didn’t you? What were you afraid of?” Yomo wonders.

Uta wants to tell Yomo everything he knows, but he can’t. Some things belong forgotten. “I don’t know.”

“On the bright side,” Uta says suddenly, “I’m now free of the ward. I can start that Mask Studio I’ve always wanted. And…I can devote more time to you.”

Yomo turns around, only to be met with Uta’s lips.

“They’re right,” he whispers, hoping that his love will cover his secrets, that his love will render him less alone, “I do like the strong, silent type.”

((Just saw Love, Simon, and had to o this ask)) Can you do a little thing where Rin comes out to her brothers (Kaneki, Juuzou and Hide (he’s her honorary brother)) that she likes girls?

Is it as good as it looks???

“Kaneki?” Rin bites her lip. She’s uncharacteristically quiet today, and she seems a bit shaky.

“What is it?” he asks with concern.

Hide gives Rin a knowing smile, and it frightens her, because Hide surely doesn’t know.

“I, uh…I am gay.” She blurts it out. Just rip it off like a Band-Aid.

“I know,” Hide says then, to her surprise.

“I think that’s great. I’m bi.” Juuzou slides closer to offer her a lollipop.

“Really?” She goggles at Juuzou.

“Yep.” He shrugs. “It’s great to have another queer person in this family.”

They turn to Kaneki. Hide pokes him.

“Rin, were you scared to tell me?” he asks with concern.

Rin nods, a lump in her throat.

“I love you. I look forward to meeting your girlfriends,” Kaneki says, wiping his eyes. “I’m so proud of you, and you too, Juuzou. I support you no matter who you love.”

Rin throws her arms around Kaneki, and Juuzou quickly follows suit.

“Come here, Hide,” Rin calls, and he joins the group hug.

Irimi & Koma first kiss :3

YASSSSSS

(I miss them).

“Koma, can you mop the floors just a little better?” Irimi crosses her arms from behind the counter in Anteiku.

“Can or will?” Koma winks.

“Enji, you’re a fool,” she says with a roll of her eyes.

“Enji, is it?” Koma brightens. He sidles up to her. “Enji, eh, Kaya?”

She smiles at how close his face is to hers. “I think so, Enji.”

He leans forward to brush his lips against hers.

Irimi grabs him by his collar to yank him closer. She deepens their kiss.

Enji opens his mouth, and Irimi dives in, wrapping her arms around him.

Behind them, Yoshimura smiles as he tiptoes out of earshot. These tender moments don’t belong to him.

Itori falls in love with a human woman and she’s awful at hiding it from Yomo and Uta

“You keep smelling like lavender,” Uta says as he sips a cup of coffee.

“I ate someone with perfume,” Itori replies, busying herself behind the counter of Helter Skelter

“I bet you did, over and over,” Uta says smoothly.

Yomo chokes on his own coffee.

“What the hell, Uta?” Itori slaps his shoulder.

Yomo grabs her wrist, revealing a purple splotch on her shoulder.

“Ah-ha,” Uta says, cackling.

“It’s a bruise!”

“We know,” Yomo grumbles. He really should derive more joy from teasing Itori. For revenge.

Uta leans forward. “I’ve always wondered, do humans taste better when you -”

“Uta, we all know you’ve slept with humans before, too,” Yomo shoots back, clapping a hand over Uta’s mouth.

“Aw, Ren, you’re being so nice,” Itori purrs. “Not that I’m seeing anyone. But if you thought I was.”

Yomo lifts an eyebrow at her boldfaced life. “You have ten seconds to spill name, address, job, and all required approval information, or I’ll let Uta ask the questions.”

A two part angst with Naki’s human s/o first finding out he’s been jailed and she’s pregnant and then after she finds out he died

This hurts, Nonny-Mouse.

“No,” breathes Naki’s s/o. They lean over with a moan, clutching their swollen stomach. Tears fill their eyes, but they fight them back. “I can’t … they’ll never keep him for long – he won’t know anything useful, Eto!”

Losing control of their emotions, s/o swings wildly at Eto, who dodges easily.

“We won’t let Naki die without a fight,” Eto says lightly, because she can’t allow another half-ghoul baby to grow up fatherless. Eto’s not one for morals, but she’s also not a hypocrite.

S/O balls her hands into fists. They are not giving up Naki for dead. Never. Fuck CCG. “I’ll help you plan it.”

“You realize you won’t be allowed near the prison, right?” Eto asks dryly.

“Yes, but I’m going to do what little I can to help.” They touch their stomach lightly, vowing to rescue Naki for their unborn child. Just because they are human – that doesn’t mean they are weak.

————————————

S/O has been trying not to worry about their husband. He has the White Suits and the Three Blades. He can handle himself.

They have their own problems to worry about – a sealed tunnel, CCG behind them, Touka and HInami throwing themselves in front of the Aogiri children.

S/O sees themself in Touka, fighting despite their pregnancy. They can’t allow Touka to die.

They pull their four-year-old child closer to them. Up ahead, the tunnel is sealed.

Suddenly, the walls rumble, and S/O flings themself atop their crying child as a mammoth kagune seems to swallow the 24th ward.

Slowly, Touka organizes them. They find Hinami, and then, Miza.

“Miza!” They cry. “Where’s Naki?”

Miza’s eyes fill with tears.

“Where is he?” They try to remain calm, for their child.

Touka’s face pales.

“He’s sleeping,” Miza says, her voice breaking.

S/O bites their lip to keep from screaming. Touka steps towards them, but they jerk away.

“Where’s Daddy?” asks their child.

S/O gasps, realizing that their kid is witnessing this.

“Sleeping, honey,” says S/O, unsure how many traumas to inflict upon a kid. “We’ll see him soon.” They bend over to hug their child, and for a moment, they consider collapsing and dying themself.

But then Miza’s hands help hold S/O upright, and Hinami’s distracting their kid.

This family – this little Goat family – is their only hope now.

S/O vows to scream later. Right now, they need to keep moving. And if they don’t, they will never move again.

Higetori first smooch.

Higemaru Touma wipes his sweating palms on his pants. His nice dress pants. The ones Urie leant him for his date. Well, he only leant them after Saiko threatened him, but still.

“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” Yumitsu Tomoe, the infamous Hakatori, protege of the Bin brothers, points out a white and red tulip waving in the moonlit breeze. It kinda looks like it’s been splattered with blood.

Higemaru nods. “Looks bloody.”

“Ha!” She throws back her head. “And I thought I was the ghoul, Higemaru.”

He smirks at her. “Call me Touma.”

Hakatori raises her eyebrows. “I’d love to.”

“Hakatori – ” He loves her nickname, loves it like he loves her, and now he’s leaning towards her.

Her breath catches as he hesitates just centimeters from her lips.

So she brushes hers against his, gently, as if he were a flower.

He gasps slightly before kissing her with a ferocity befitting a ghoul. Hakatori drags him closer. “I’m glad you finally kissed me.”

With the latest chapter coming out, can you write about the reader as a CCG worker turned Ghoul-thingy that’s just running around in panic and runs into Takizawa (Hakatori is with him?)

“Help me, please,” you whisper.

You’ve never felt hunger like this – a ravaging, searing pain that threatens to swallow you.

You want to eat people. And yet…you can’t. You work for CCG.

But fuck duty. You’re not in this for duty; you’re in this because you care about people. And now you’re a threat to people.

You stumble outside, halfway looking for a kill. Halfway looking to end yourself, because you are now a threat, and isn’t that what CCG expects?

But you don’t wanna die.

You whimper and curl up on the sidewalk, wishing you could disappear.

“Well, what is this?” A high, reedy voice breaks into your consciousness. You’ve heard it before.

You scramble to your feet. “Stay away!”

Your voice is twisted, inhuman. You hiss at the people before you … and then gasp.

That’s Takizawa Seidou, the infamous treason Owl. And Hakatori.

“You all right?” asks the girl.

Tears well in your eyes. Was this how Seidou felt? How long did he fight? Will you give in, and be like him? “Help me.”

“Kakugans…that’s interesting,” Seidou remarks, eying your CCG badge. “How the mighty have fallen.”

“Help me,” you repeat.

Seidou holds out a severed arm he’s kept hidden in his cloak.

You lurch back. “No.”

“They’re already dead. You won’t bring them back,” Hakatori reminds you.

“I’ll create the demand for more flesh. No, I won’t,” you snap.

“Then you’ll wind up attacking someone else,” Seidou says. “I know. You can still live.”

“I don’t…”

“Shut up and eat.” Seidou grabs you. “Hakatori, hold their mouth open.” His eyes blaze. “Listen to me: you don’t have a choice right now.Ad for my sake, t believe I’m not worthless, you are going to eat right now. You asked for help, and you got it. Got it?”

You begin to sob, and Seidou sighs. He rubs your back awkwardly. “I know, it sucks. But it does get better. We’re here to help.”

While Aogiri is still together, Naki accidentally gets Miza pregnant (while still being unaware that’s how babies are made)

Miza gargles with water to remove the taste of vomit from her mouth. She’s tired, cranky, and her breasts hurt, but she’s not pregnant. Not even throwing up every morning.

She pushes open the bathroom door and stops still.

“Morning, sweetheart.” Eto sips a cup of coffee, posing by the door.

“Hi,” Miza says.

“Hinami told me you’ve been sick often these mornings.” Eto gives Miza a sly look. “Did you and Naki finally do it?”

Miza flushes the color of her hair. “That’s none of your business.”

“It is when one of my leaders might be in extenuating circumstances,” Eto snaps. Why do babies always make her so upset?

“I’ll let you know,” Miza says dully.

“Okay. I’ll let everyone know you’re too sick to make it to our meeting.” Eto skips away, but pauses at the door. “For the record, you know we’ll support you no matter what.”

“Thanks, Eto.” Miza forces a smile and messages Hinami. She’ll be able to buy a test discreetly, right?

—————————————————

“Hi, Naki.” Three hours later, when the meeting adjorns, Naki has bolted into her room, and Miza has confirmed her fears.

“Miza, please don’t die,” he begs.

Miza can’t help but laugh. “Naki, I’m not dying. Quite the opposite.”

“The…opposite?” His face scrunches up.

“Naki, I’m having your baby.” She winces.

For a moment, he’s silent. Then he gasps with delight and throws his arms around Miza. “You! Pregnant – I can’t – I’m so happy -”

He pauses. “Wait, but how? Is it because we shared a bed together?”

Miza pales. Does he really not… “Uh, kinda.”

“How kinda?”

“Miza, dear, please include Ayato and Hinami and Hakatori in this lesson.” Eto shoves open the door, having clearly been listening. “And Seidou.”

“I know!” growls the owl.

“Better safe than sorry,” Eto sings. “Come on, you all know you’d rather Miza teach than me.”

Miza grinds her teeth at Eto.

“He was laughing at you a minute ago,” Seidou tells Miza, pointing towards Ayato, who looks hysterical.

“Oh, is that so? In that case…” Miza draws Naki close to her. “Buckle in for sex ed, kids.”

Could I get scenario where Shuu tells his father that his human s/o is pregnant? If it’s important, they want to save their child. ❤

*unravels*

unplanned pregnancies are my favorite angst trope.

“Dad?” Tsukiyama Shuu’s voice is tentative, nervous. He knocks on his father’s door with a racing heart.

Mirumo turns around, half expecting to see Shuu depressed again, or half-dead.

But no, he’s just pale and sweaty. “Are you sick?”

“No – I just, I need to talk to you.”

Now Mirumo is terrified. He pats the couch across from him.

Shuu settles his lithe frame on the velvet cushions. His shoulders hunch over,a and he wrings his hands.

“Shuu, what is it?”

“It’s [Name].”

Mirumo recognizes the name of the human his son’s been spending day after day with. Have they figured out what he and his son are? Have they broken up? Will Shuu be catapulted into depression again?

He’s not prepared for the next words. “They’re pregnant. It’s mine.”

Mirumo stares at his son, who trembles slightly.

Words rush out of Tsuikyama’s very red face. “They knows who I am, what I am, I love them, and we want to keep it. I – I will marry them, but the – the problem is the odds for our child are – they’re bad, you know…”

Mirumo clears his throat. Shuu falls silent as his father walks over to him and sits besides him.

Mirumo’s arms wrap around Shuu. “Shuu, it’s okay. We’ll figure this out. We’ll get the best doctors involved, ghoul doctors.”

Tsukiyama gasps with relief. “You’re not mad at me?”

“Shuu, you’ve obviously never looked at how long your mother and I were married before you were born. Must be a family tradition.” Mirumo chuckles. “But now I would like to meet this human who’s stolen my son’s heart.”

Shuu laughs. “They’re downstairs, waiting.”

Mirumo claps his hand as he follows Shuu out his door. “I’m going to spoil my grandchild rotten.”
