So… Itami is like, not a canon character right? I’ve only ever seen him here but he’s hands down one of my favourites. Could you do some hcs?

Omg thank you so much! One of my lovely Nonny-Mouse readers created him, and he’s so much fun to write. 🙂

– Itami is tall and well-built, because Eto would have nothing less.

– Eto probably rubs their relationship into Tatara and Arima’s faces.

– He might be a few years younger than Eto. 

– Itami is an older brother to two sisters. Eto admires his resolve to provide support and guidance for them.

– Itami is mildly socially awkward, so he had never had a girlfriend or boyfriend before Eto. 

– Itami is bisexual, and used to have a crush on Yoshitoki.

– When Eto discovered his former crush, she teased him mercilessly. 

– He never really wanted to work with CCG. His father pushed him into the academy, for well-intentioned but silly reasons like “manliness.”

– He and Eto met at a book signing. She took interest in him for CCG reasons (plus he was cute), and he was flustered/flattered by how friendly and smart she was. 

– He never once considered leaving her once discovering her true identity. 

Could you write something like a continuation for that drunk Uta thing? I really liked it!

– Once Uta awakens, he dismisses Yomo’s concern and pretends everything is fine. 

– Truthfully, he doesn’t recall anything he said. Hopefully he didn’t say anything super crazy like being a one-eyed king. 

– He’s disappointed when Yomo grants him space by not pressing the issue.

– So he goes out and tries to get drunk again to spur more concern from Yomo.

– Yomo catches him, figures out his passive-aggressive plan, and calls him on it.

– This time, Yomo sits Uta down and demands to know what is going on.

– Uta replies that he’s lonely and wants a friend and that’s why he does all this horrible shit.

– Yomo listens to Uta’s confessions and assures him that he won’t abandon this immoral ghoul, because Yomo isn’t judgmental at all.

– Uta hugs Yomo, and for once the stoic Yomo returns the embrace.

– Uta asks Yomo a few questions about what he said while drunk. He’s very disappointed to learn he didn’t try to kiss Yomo.

– So he tries now.

The weird kinks vs vanilla ask got me curious. What’s their weird kinks like?

Furuta – Completely, totally dominating a feisty partner. 

Tsukiyama – Probably involves mutual feeding on each other. 

Mirumo – He’s game for literally anything. Hanging upside down like a bat is particularly fun.

Saiko – Will use her kagune to role play anime and manga characters. 

Hakatori – Make sex a battlefield. Blood included. 

Takizawa – The more chains, the better. 

Eto – Please allow her to use her kakuja on her partner. 

Nico – Likes it either very rough or to be worshiped. There is no in-between. 

Uta – Masks, tattoos, drawing on his partner, having his partner draw on him…

Roma – Role-play Kaneki for her.

Itori – Would like to be doused in blood wine and have her partner drink all of it off. 

Since the Olympics is underway, how about a look at the sports some of the groups in TG and :re are looking forward to watching?

mizuki (michizurou child) first words are ‘beef’ and while mizurou and the rest of the suzuya squad find it funny while michiko is horrified

Mizuki giggles. Her eyes brighten as Mizurou spins into the kitchen, where Michiko is cooking dinner.

“Is that beef I smell?”

“Beef,” giggles Mizuki.

Mizurou nearly drops her. Michiko screeches.

“She talked!” Mizurou pulls Michiko closer and dances with his family.

“Huh? What happened?” Suzuya and the rest of his squad appear.

“Mizuki said her first word, and what a word it was,” Mizurou says proudly.

“Ooh, what was it?” Hanbee grins.

“Beef.”

Keijin doubles over laughing, Suzuya shrieks, and Miyuki shakes his head in amusement. “Only your child, Mizurou.”

Michiko groans. “I can’t believe we’ve brainwashed our child already. It couldn’t be ‘mommy’ or ‘daddy’ or anything normal, could it?” 

“Nope, and you know you love that,” Mizurou says.

“I do,” Michiko concedes, pecking her husband on his cheek as Suzuya vows to make sure Mizuki’s second word is candy. 

Uta and drunk Yomo is fun but what about Yomo and drunk Uta? In contrast to his friend he’s actually pretty somber and easily upset… Yomo does everything he can to comfort him when he gets like that but it really worries him?

LOL I love this.

– “Yomo I’m so old,” Uta blubbers into Yomo’s shoulder.

– “Uta, it’s okay.” Yomo rubs the top of Uta’s head and ponders how he got into this situation. And why won’t Itori pick up her DAMN PHONE.

– “Sometimes I feel like the eyes I eat are sentient. They watch me and some days I expect them to emerge into a giant kagune and demand answers from me. Am I evil?” Uta whines.

– “No,” Yomo says, trying to guide Uta back into HySy.

– Uta refuses to go in and sits in the street crying. 

– “Uta, if you cry any more, you’re going to lose the tattoos in your eyes,” Yomo tries.

– “Not how tattoos work, Yomo.” Uta is now writhing on the cold street. He’s quite an extra sad drunk.

– Yomo probably grabs Uta and slings him over his shoulder. Tucks him into bed and waits all night to make sure Uta is okay. He’ll ask Uta if he wants to talk more once he wakes up.

I’m drinking apple juice so I thought to ask what the characters (who can drink apple juice without throwing up) think of it?

Anteiku Associates

Kaneki Ken – he misses anything that isn’t human so um yeah he likes it.

Uta – can’t drink it but will drink and enjoy the golden juice for its color, if not the taste.

Nagachika Hideyoshi – brings back childhood memories.

Kosaka Yoriko – Fun to cook with.

Nishino Kimi – Not a fan of juice in general.

Tsukiyamas

Chie Hori – loves it. Loves waving it in Tsukiyama’s jealous face more.

CCG

Amon Koutarou – he misses it. 

Takizawa Seidou – Why would he drink a child’s juice? Ew. No. *sobs* I JUST WANNA GO BACK TO BEING HUMAN.

Mado Akira – prefers alcohol.

Houji Kousuke – cider is superior.

Mado Kureo – fresh apples are better for you.

Marude Itsuki – has occasionally filled beer bottles with apple juice to feed his apple juice addiction. 

Kuriowa Takeomi – It’s delicious. 

Kuriowa Iwao – It’s okay.

Aura Kiyoko – Pleasant once in a while.

Tanakamaru Mougan – has stolen it from Marude. 

Shinohara Yukinori – loves how happy it makes Juuzou.

Itou Kuramoto – likes to spike it with mulled wine.

Kurona Yasuhisa – barely remembers it.

Furuta Nimura – it’s fun to make people think it’s cider and photograph their disappointment when they discover it’s just juice. 

Hajime Hazuki – He DEFINITELY wouldn’t like something so childish. Juice. Bah. *guzzles when no one is looking*

Mayazumi – He DEFINITELY would.

Arima Squad

Ihei Hairu – It’s almost as sweet as Arima! 

Arima Kishou – It’s like the blood of fruit. 

Ui Koori – Yes, please.

Take Hirako – It makes Squad Zero kids hyper, which makes Take tired. 

Arima Yusa – so sweeeeet. 

Ihei Shio – more! more! 

Souza Rikai – loves mixing juices to make a punch.

Suzuya Squad

Suzuya Juuzou – It’s sweet. Of course he likes it. 

Keijin Nakarai – Oh god, Suzuya’s raided their fridge again. 

Hanbee Abara – It’s comforting. 

Miyuki Mikage – makes his stomach hurt.

Mizurou Tamaki – why drink apple juice when you could be drinking orange juice.

Quinx Squad

Yonebayashi Saiko – sugar, sugar, any form, give it…

Shirazu Ginshi – so refreshing

Urie Kuki – stale apples. No thank you.

Mutsuki Tooru – munch, munch. It’s fun to eat apples and drink the juice all at once.

Hsaio Ching-Li – She’s only tried it recently. A huge fan.

Aura Shinsanpei – meh.

Higemaru Touma – slurp slurp slurp 

Yomo having a nightmare and so comforts him (all the fluff plz :p)

– SO wakes him up by gentling shaking him. If that doesn’t work, they nibble his ear. Don’t ask. Just know it works. 

– They ask if he wants to talk about it, and if so, they will brew coffee first. They will snuggle with him as he relates his nightmares.

– His nightmares usually consist of not being able to save Touka and Ayato, or his SO, or seeing Hikari die. Those are the only thoughts that truly terrify him.

– Sometimes, he blames himself for Arata’s capture, too.

– His SO convinces him he isn’t at fault, that his niece and nephew are alive and thriving, that they’re here, and grieves Hikari with him. It’s very important to hold his hand the entire time, because Yomo finds physical contact comforting.

– If they return to sleep, they will spoon for a while. 

– If they don’t, his SO will take him for a walk to distract him from the gloom his nightmares cast. 

– As the sun rises, whether they’re spooning in bed or walking in the dewy Tokyo air, he will draw his SO close and kiss their forehead as he reminds them how special and kind they are.
