Kaneki

– his s/o would probably need to reassure him that they’re okay doing things on their own.

– His s/o likes teasing him that they see him better than most. Because they understand his personality so well.

– Kaneki may have once tried to break up with them during his Shironeki! phase, for their safety. “Breaking up with a blind person is just cruel,” they wheedled, and he laughed as he realized how much he’d miss them.

– Even if it’s selfish, he’s gonna stick with his s/o forever.

Eto

– She can’t resist teasing them on occasion by moving furniture.

– Her s/o occasionally taps her with her walking stick in retaliation. It’s all in good fun.

– despite her nonchalant act, Eto cares a lot. She once tried to use her kagune to heal their sight. She was devastated when it didn’t work – and by that, I mean she went unusually silent for an hour.

Tsukiyama

– He immediately buys them the largest, floofiest service dog imaginable.

– He then convinces Mirumo and the Tsukiyama household to start training service dogs.

– He really loves giving his s/o the widest breadth of sensory experiences to make up for their lack of sight. Especially gustatory. 😛

Ayato

– he was originally afraid to bring it up lest he come across as tactless.

– to which his s/o replies that his tactless nature is part of his charm.

– He’s confident in their abilities to take care of themselves, but he also can’t bear to think of CCG ever coming near them.

Amon

– He’s mildly overprotective, and this is a sort of conflict at the start of their relationship.

– Eventually, he checks himself when he realizes his s/o is actually hurt.

– They love hearing his tales of heroism and activities. Once he becomes a kakuja, they hunt him down themselves after never believing he died at Anteiku.

– They become a Team to be Reckoned with as they spy on Aogiri and CCG alike.

Hsaiko fluff!

ALWAYS. ❤

– It’s canon that Hsaio likes cleaning Saiko’s ears, but she also kinda likes cleaning any acne Saiko, and styling Saiko’s hair.

– Saiko, in turn, likes giving Hsaio back rubs.

– They’ve definitely gone bra shopping together on more than one occasion.

– Saiko once saved up money for a special date…to a Jacuzzi spa. When they were finished, the two Quinxes felt more relaxed than they had in ages.

– Saiko must sleep with mountains of pillows and seas of blankets. Hsaio must sleep with neither, so Saiko has all the blankets to herself.

– All Hsaio needs to be comfortable at night is to snuggle besides Saiko.

– Hsaio once saw Saiko looking up wedding dresses on her laptop and has been quietly exulting ever since.

– When Saiko talks about her family – and she doesn’t much – Hsaio holds her, and seethes with rage. She’s no stranger to horrid families herself, but she aches for Saiko.

– Once Hsaio spotted Saiko’s mother on the street. She gave her a furious look before realizing she wasn’t worth the effort.

– Unbeknownst to both women, Higemaru and Aura have been low-key planning their wedding for months.

Naki and Uta being alone on Valentine’s Day please.

Uta

– Uta drowns himself in artwork and tries not to think that if he was just bold enough with Yomo, he’d have a date.

– The masks he works on look like really a messed-up, creepy queen-of-hearts.

– He goes to bed early ands ll in all, tries to convince himself he’s enjoyed his relaxing day.

– He’s actually just really lonely and sad. He pulls out his phone to get Yomo…then hesitates, and ultimately doesn’t send it. 😦

Naki

– Is fine, because he thinks Valentine’s Day is about all love, not just romantic, right?

– So he decorates a little Memorial for Yamori, and invites all the White Suits – and Miza.

– They eat frozen hearts and cut out paper hearts, and in the end, they wind up memorializing everyone they’ve lost. It’s all very cathartic, and after this, becomes a Valentine’s Day tradition among Aogiri.

– Naki is very proud of this.

Some headcanons for Furuta and his girlfriend

Happy Un-Birthday to Fruit-chan!

– At lot of blogs write this, but it’s so true: Furuta probably started dating them as a fun challenge, and it took him a while to realize he had…feelings.

– Which prompted some long conversations about Rize and his childhood with his gf.

– When his gf replied with sympathy and compassion and righteous anger and accepted him – that was the moment he finally admitted he cared for them.

– Furuta is a very needy boyfriend. He wants attention like a cat. He will tug books from his gf’s hand and whine until she silences him with a kiss. He will also (playfully) knock things off the table.

– He says he loves being the big spoon. That’s a lie. His gf woke up one night and arranged him into the little spoon and he loved it.

– He loves his gf stroking his silky, shiny hair.

– He says he wants a neat, compliant girlfriend. This is also a lie. He wants a girlfriend who will give him hell over his schemes. He wants a tour-de-force of nature who spellbinds him. He wants four times normal love, or four-times hate. Nothing less.

– Having long, difficult and honest conversations is what separates this girlfriend from Furuta’s previous paramours. He’s lived a lie for so long, honesty – however uncomfortable – is refreshing to him.

Hc of mutsuki & urie refusing to talk so they try to get each others attention by making the other jealous. x)

– Mutsuki starts it, because he’s insecure about Urie interrupting him to focus on the mission, per 161. He was trying to be good and take responsibility for Aura, dammit!

– He flirts a bit with Aura, then. Mutsaura time!

– Aura is just confused and Saiko amused. She immediately sees where this is going.

– Urie then tries to make Urisai a thing. Slips his arm around Saiko.

– She is not having it and tosses Urie backwards into Mucchy.

– Hsaio catches on and elbows Higemaru and a very scared Aura into action. They push Mutsuki into Urie.

– “Now talk, dumbasses,” Saiko orders, before leaving with the Quinx.

– It’s only then that reality dawns on Aura. “WAIT. THEY LIKE EACH OTHER?!”

– Hsaio and Higemaru clap hands over his mouth as Saiko drags him out, leaving a very embarrassed Urie and Mucchan.

– Nakarai is quick to jump into nsfw activities. He’s never really seen the point of waiting, and it’s how he likes to express his affection.

– He’d be thrilled if his s/o tried to dominate him

– lingerie is a hell yes, regardless of gender. He loves it on his s/o and on himself.

– He’s pretty adventurous and fond of toys.

– One night he will tell you he wants to marry you during sex. He will mean it, too.

– He really likes going down on his partner, but is less thrilled about them going down on himself due to being self-conscious about his body.

– This self-consciousness stems from the fact that he is slightly…smaller than average. Though he’s still skilled enough to leave his partner breathless, and they certainly don’t see him as lacking.

– Souta probably initially flirted back with Nico as a joke, because he wouldn’t want to open himself up to anyone.

– When he realized Nico’s actually very perceptive, he started taking the possibility of a relationship seriously.

– Nico held Souta as he confessed his upbringing. Souta was annoyed because “it’s funny, right” and Nico was like “it’s really not, you should cry.”

– So Souta did. That’s also the night they started dating.

– They share a love of fashion and makeup.

– Souta is very careful not to let V find out he’s dating someone. Especially a ghoul not approved by the Washuus.

– They love spoons. They alternate who is the big spoon and the little spoon.

– Itori and Roma hardcore ship the two of them. The day Nico showed up wearing Souta’s jacket, Roma had a nosebleed and Itori sent photo after photo to Uta and Donato.

– Donato offered to do their wedding.

How would Uta, Tsukiyama, Yomo, Tatara react if the person they’re crushing on is currently taken and their crush is totally aware of their feelings?

Uta

– simmers a bit, then complains to Itori and Yomo.

– Itori tells all the clowns. This gives Uta something new to worry about.

– He knows his crush might be somewhat uncomfortable around him, so he tries to avoid them. But in situations he can’t avoid, he kinda likes the discomfort.

Tsukiyama

– He feels mocked every time he sees his crush now.

– Cries hysterically to Kanae and Matsumae.

– Definitely tries to forget his feelings by throwing himself into dating other people.

Yomo

– He’s disquieted, of course, and tries to give his crush some distance.

– If they are happy in their relationship, he is genuinely happy for them, if sad for himself.

– Still maintains a casual friendship with them, and occasionally looks out for them.

Tatara

– Internally enraged every time he sees his crush interacting with their partner.

– He knows that’s unhealthy, so he fumes to Eto.

– While Eto totally suggests breaking them up, Tatara wouldn’t. But he might just casually wait to see what happens, and secretly hope for another chance.

Uta

– He really didn’t think his s/o would ever be this upset.

– Immediately drops what he’s doing to scramble to their side.

– May tickle or tease them until they smile. And then they’ll have a long conversations, and he’ll hold them the entire time.

Itori

– Has a handkerchief (yes, a handkerchief) ready for this scenario. Finally, she can use it.

– “What’s wrong? Who do you need me to murder?”

– Pulls out a bottle of wine or blood wine (depending on if s/o is human), and as soon as there’s a break between tears demands to know what’s going on.

– “I love you, and no matter what, I’m on your side,” she assures before they begin.

Yomo

– Holds them. Perhaps pulls them into his lap and lets them sob across his chest.

– He knows they’ll talk to them when they’re ready, so for now he just lets them cry and occasionally murmurs comforting phrases.
