Kaneki/Sasaki stays with Quinx and at Rushima Mutsuki is so happy and in love with his sensei ( and not confused and sad like that moment in canon where he talks with Hogi) and Sasaki returns the feelings. Mutsuki also praises Sasaki while having the heart to heart with Hogi instead of thinking how he can’t help but still think kindly of Sasaki despite him leaving like in canon) and Sasaki stops Torso when he shows up from beating up and capturing Mutsuki out of Love and equal devotion

“Sensei, we’re going to battle very soon.” Mutsuki nervously nibbles on his lip.

“How are you feeling?” Sasaki can’t lose another Quinx. Never.

“I’m okay. I’m more worried about you.” Mutsuki hesitates. “Is this what love is? That warm feeling in my chest every time you look at me? Being afraid you won’t be there to give me that feeling anymore?”

“Mutsuki.” Sasaki regards him soberly.

“What?”

Sasaki grabs his hands and looks deep into his eyes. “You’ll never be alone.”

Tears well in Mutsuki’s eyes. “Thank you. And you won’t either – not anymore.”

Later that day, Mutsuki finds himself face-to-face with Saeki.

“Go – stop!” Mutsuki screams as Torso smashes Hogi’s brains out against the cave wall.

“Did you come to see me, little lady?” Torso grins maniacally.

“Get the fuck away from my man!” Haise Sasaki knocks Torso into the cave wall, besides Hogi’s remains. Their bloods mingle, and Mutsuki feels horrified at this blasphemy.

“What?” Torso looks up in confusion as a rinkaku encircles him.

“You will never, ever hurt Mutsuki again. I love him and he loves me, and you can’t get between us,” Sasaki seethes.

Mutsuki raises his bikaku. This is why he loves Sasaki – because Sasaki makes him better.

Torso lunges for Sasaki, and Mutsuki rams his kagune through his neck.

His head tumbles to the ground, and Mutuski falls back. Why does he now pity this headless man?

Sasaki looks over and sees Mutsuki’s shoulders shaking. “Mucchan, it’s not your fault. I promise.”

“Are you sure? Why do predators always find me?”

Sasaki blinks back tears. “I don’t know. But I promise you’ll never be alone.”

In the manga when the Quinx and Sasaki crossdressed for a mission Mutsuki gets drunk and acts all happy and exuberant. How about an extension to this scene where Mutsuki, after saluting Sasaki, gets a little handsy with Sasaki and flirts with his beloved sensei, not entirely because of the alcohol. And Sasaki likes the attention Mutsuki pays him.

“Shashaki.” Mutsuki rubs his mentor’s shoulders. “You’re sho pretty. You’re the prettiesht girl here.”

“Mucchy?” Saiko raises her eyebrows.

“Sho pretty. Isn’t she?” Mutsuki leans against Sasaki.

“Yas.” Shirazu raises his glass. “A toast to our pretty Sasaki!”

The Quinx clink their glasses together, and Mutsuki turns back to Sasaki.

“You’re the nicesht pershon I know. Do you like me? Am I your friend?” Mutsuki grips Sasaki’s arm to keep his balance as the room spins around him. “Pleash shay yesh.”

“Of c-c-course, you’re my friend.” Sasaki’s face is purple. But Mutsuki’s eyes are so round and cute and innocent and irresistible.

“Yay!” Mutsuki laughs.

Sasaki leans over and hugs Mutsuki. “See?”

Mutsuki has tears in his eyes. “He likesh me.”

Haise/Kaneki and Mutsuki coupling with Mutsuki being looked at by Sasaki (in manga canon when he made Mutsuki meat for dinner) ,instead of with curiousity, but with attraction in the same way Sasaki/Kaneki looked at Rize and Touka.

Mildly nsfw.

“Tooru,” Kaneki moans as he strokes Mutsuki’s bare chest.

“Kaneki,” Mutsuki murmurs as he lets Kaneki pull him atop him.

Kaneki smiles up at him. “I love it when you call me my real name.”

Mutsuki’s sure his heart has stopped. That look…the kind, amorous look he’s craved from Kaneki.

“Why are you crying?” Kaneki asks.

“Because you’re beautiful.” Mutsuki tries to wipe his cheek, but Kaneki wipes first.

“So are you, Tooru.”

Mutsuki doesn’t feel afraid of being intimate with Kaneki. He feels free. Like himself.

And Kaneki still sees his body, and calls him he, and loves him.

And calls him beautiful.

Mutsuki bends over to kiss Kaneki again.

All the people with canon feelings and implied feelings fight over Kaneki/Sasaki’s affection in true harem fashion

Hahahahaha I love it.

“Sensei is mine,” cries Mutsuki, snatching a knife.

“He’s my Onii-chan. You can’t have him.” Hinami releases her butterfly kagune.

“I am hands-down the cutest,” Hajime calls, sprawling across a sofa.

“You’re like 12, bebe.” Tsukiyama holds up a rose.”I am the older, star-crossed lover. I have mystique.”

“I have bite marks from my husband.” Touka pulls down her shirt to reveal her shoulder. “Sorry, I don’t make the rules.”

Hinami smiles at her. “You see?”

“Valid point, valid point.” Tsukiyama sighs. “But can we all agree that if you weren’t here, I would be number one?”

“No!” Mutsuki tackles him.

“This is fun.” Hajime watches Tsukiyama pull Mutsuki’s hair, and Mutsuki claw Tsukiyama’s face.

“Now my face is the prettiest!” Hajime races towards Touka. “I can mess up yours now!”

Hinami wraps him in her petals. “Down, baby.”

“If my kid turns out half as annoying as you…” Touka threatens.

“Kaneki loves Touka!” cries HInami. “I’m his little sister. Shuu’s his friend. Mutsuki’s his kid. You’re…a…”

“Twerp,” Touka finishes.

“Shut up!” Hajime clamors free. “I am adorable!”

The door opens.

“Huh?” Kaneki blinks.

“Sensei!” shrieks Mutsuki, launching himself at Kaneki.

“Ken!” Touka uses her ukaku to reach him first.

Hinami uses her petals to pull him closer to her. Tsukiyama grabs Kaneki by the ankles and is dragged along. Hajime leaps atop Kaneki’s shoulders.

“WHAT IS HAPPENING?”

“Eh?” Ayato peers into see the One-Eyed King buried under a mountain of frantic admirers.

You remember how in re chapter 114 Sasaki Is reading haiku poems in Mutsuki’s memories and Sasaki asks Mutsuki to join him who agrees happily and with an expression of adoration on his face out of love for his sensei. Could you add on to this scene. Perhaps they read haiku together while cuddling and Mutsuki gazes at Sasaki and then Sasaki gets tired and like in Mutsuki’s Sasaki flashback in chapter 141 Mutsuki covers a sleeping Sasaki with blanket before kissing him and saying he loves him

“Do you like these poems?” Sensei asks.

“I do.” Mutsuki smiles. “We should have a poetry writing session. All of us.”

Sasaki laughs. “I bet Urie’s haiku would be something like ‘word word word word word/word word word word word word word/ word word word word word.’”

Mutsuki chokes back his laughter. He leans his head on Sasaki’s shoulder. “That would be lovely.”

“I agree.” Sasaki smiles and turns the page.

Instead of looking at the poems, however, Mutsuki watches Sensei. His eyes droop, and he looks ready to nod off. But he also looks peaceful.

Mutsuki craves that peace. Mutsuki needs to feel safe. Safe, like he feels with Sasaki.

Sasaki doesn’t turn another page. His eyes close, and his breathing deepens.

Mutsuki likes the sound.

But he also knows if he just sits here watching Sensei til morning – because he could, happily – Sensei will wake up cold, with sore muscles.

So Mutsuki gentle lifts Sasaki and drops him on his bed. To his amusement, his Sensei doesn’t even awaken.

Mutsuki covers him with a blanket and props a pillow under his head.

“Hey Sensei. You might not know this,” Mutsuki says quietly, “But I really love you.”

He leaves a kiss on Saaski’s forehead before quietly closing the door behind him.

Rewrite of Touka/Kaneki wedding scene with Kaneki and Mutsuki get happily married instead of Touka and Kaneki

“Do you think there are too many flowers?” Urie Kuki asks, squinting at the venue.

“What blasphemy did I just hear? There are never too many flowers!” Tsukiyama Shuu gasps from behind a pillar of roses.

“The cake is all set.” Yonebayashi Saiko skips in.

“Mutsuki’s gonna faint.” Nishiki Nishio laughs.

“Bets on who faints first.” Kirishima Ayato shouts. “I bet Kaneki!”

“Kaneki’s stronger than that now,” Touka informs her brother. She uses her ukaku to fly up to the top of the church to arrange a wreath of orchids.

“Put me down as Kaneki,” Aura Shinsanpei says sheepishly. Ayato nods with approval.

But as luck would have it, when Mutsuki appears down the aisle with Arima at his side, Kaneki’s knees do buckle. Ayato and Aura slap high-fives in the midst of the ceremony.

“This is so extravagant,” Mutsuki admits to Kaneki during their reception. “I had no idea you had such a lavish friend.”

“Neither did I for a while,” Kaneki admits. He reaches for Mutsuki’s hand. “Are you happy?”

“Very.” Mutsuki feels warm and secure and safe.

“Good.” Kaneki kisses him.

“Give back my glasses!”

Their attention immediately turns to the dance floor, where a very merry Yomo is prancing about with Nishiki’s spectacles.

Mutsuki laughs. He already loves all of his husband’s wild, crazy friends.

Can you do a rewrite of the Kaneki/Sasaki and Mutsuki reunion at re after tg re chapter 122 where Kaneki accepts and returns Mutsuki’s feelings instead of Touka’s and agrees to return to the CCG with him

“Sensei!” Mutsuki grips Kaneki’s hand.

Startled, Kaneki backs into Re. “What?”

“Why did you leave us?” Mutsuki’s voice rises. His eyes are eerily unfocused. “Didn’t we matter to you?”

“Of – of course you mattered.” Kaneki fights tears. Of all the Quinx, he related the most to Tooru.

“Then why did you go?” Mutsuki draws a knife. “I need you to stay.”

“Whoa, whoa, whoa!” Touka rushes forward. “Are you okay?”

“I want – Sensei – not to leave me,” mumbles Mutsuki. He screams. “I love him, and you stole him!”

“Wait!” Touka holds up her hands. “No, no, no. You’ve got it all wrong.”

“Mutsuki, of course I love you.” Kaneki kisses Mutsuki’s cheek as Touka fishes the knife away. “I had to – Arima asked me.”

“Arima?” Mutsuki now looks jealous of Arima.

“It’s a long story.”

“We need that story.” Mutsuki shakes his head. “Everything’s gone to shit since you left.”

“You are strong enough on your own,” Kaneki pleads.

“Doesn’t mean they should have been on their own.” Touka looks sad, like she’s remembering her own childhood.

“I loved you. You made me safe. Why can’t I have you?” Mutsuki is clearly ill and yet clearly sincere.

Kaneki doesn’t know the depths of his friend’s trauma. But he knows when he’s needed.

If he returns, CCG will kill him.

Unless he has faith in Mutsuki’s love. In Urie and Saiko’s love, too.

“Mutsuki – you know I am proud of you, right?” Kaneki traces his face. “You know there’s nothing you can do to scare me off?”

“Not – even – ” Mutsuki looks at the knife. He gulps.

“Not even that.” Kaneki suddenly understands – to lead a rebellion, he must not abandon the Quinx. He must show humans that he will not abandon them for ghouls, and vice versa.

He kisses Mutsuki. “You’re going to be okay.”

Mutsuki sobs in his arms, but finally, he feels safe again.
