May I ask for a scenario where Hide has a S/O who thought he was dead and meeting him again and seeing what happened to him

“You – you! Nagachika Hideyoshi.”

Hide stared at his s/o, the s/o who had just stormed into CCG headquarters with flames in their eyes.

“Why?” they asked finally. Their heart was broken twice, first because he was dead, and now because he was alive and hadn’t told them.

Hide wrote Im sorry on his pad of paper as Inspector Marude closed the office door to lend them some privacy.

“Why won’t you talk?” they demanded in alarm. For the first time since they walked in, they seemed to register him as something other than just ‘alive.’

They strode over to tear his scarf off, before he could stop them.

Now exposed, Hide avoided their eyes. They could see his scars, his mangled mouth that used to give them tender kisses, the box in his throat that helped him breath and speak.

“Hide…” Their voice trembled. Their hand traced his mauled lips. “Did you really think this would frighten me away?”

Safety, too, Hide wrote.

They folded their arms. “That’s a vocal box. Speak to me.”

“I’m sorry,” Hide croaked in his strange, robotic voice.

To his surprise, their lips cut him off in a kiss.

“You’d go that far for Kaneki Ken? Well, I’d go that far for you,” they whispered, drawing back. “Don’t hide anymore.”

Hide pulled them closer.

What kind of dogs would the Anteiku members adopt? (If you don’t know too much about dogs, you can skip this!)

I woke up today feeling really happy because I had a dream about Hide. Could I please ask for a scenario where Hide proposes to a girl he’s been dating?

Oh I am always happy to dream of my favorite characters!

“Having fun?” Hide asks his girlfriend as he re-emerges on the balcony of his apartment.

It’s a chilly evening in Tokyo, and they’ve been cuddling under a blanket while sipping wine. He returns with two home-made hamburgers.

“Yes, of course.” His girlfriend is perceptive enough to recognize that he is nervous, but why, she doesn’t know.

She holds out the burger and taps it against his. A toast, of sorts.

They both take a bite. Hide’s is tiny, due to his scars.

And hers is tiny, too, because halfway through her teeth hit something metal. “Huh?”

She pulls back and examines the burger.

Hide blushes as she pulls out a lovely diamond ring.

“W – what?” she stammers, her heart racing.

Hide kneels before her. She’s never looked at him differently for his scars. She’s never judged him. He loves her so very much. His voice comes out higher-pitched than he anticipated. “[Name], would you marry me?”

She gasps. Tears begin to leak down her cheeks – and she’s certainly not a crier. “Yes.”

Hide is about to slide the ring onto her finger when he is interrupted by her lips pressed against his mouth.

Ahhhh can we get more of that Rize headcanon (she did deserve better),,, in your writing did hide and rize end up dating??? I love it ;;

She did!

– They began dating because, after her whole life, Rize didn’t know how to interact with guys without flirting and Hide just blurted out an invitation to lunch one day.

– When she realized Hide was a genuinely good person, she confessed this to him. They had a long conversation, and Hide accepted her…

– She had to accept his difficulty communicating directly about his feelings to his friends and her. Hide would prefer just to DO all the things to show them he cares, but Rize would prefer to have him say that he cares.

– She’s not tempted to eat him, because of his scars. Not because they’re gross, but because they starkly remind her of what eating people does to them.

– Much like Kaneki, Rize gets calls from TSC to help from time-to-time. They even cooperate with each other; it’s great.

– Every so often, Saiko and Hsaio invite Rize over for slumber parties. She is determined to be a bridesmaid in their wedding.

I wanted so badly for Rize to be given a chance at redemption, yet she didn’t. Can we have a scenario where Ayato (the great guy that he is) not only brought Kaneki, but Rize as well? She went through real lasting trauma and she desperately needs some love please

I concur. Rize needs better.

“I can’t believe,” Ayato huffs, “I dragged not one but two assholes out of there, and I’m not the king.”

“No one’s the king anymore,” Touka says sharply.

“You’re my king?” Hinami suggests, causing Ayato to blush uncontrollably.

A thing, pale-haired figure appears in the doorway to the hospital waiting room.

“Rize!” Touka leaps to her feet.

Rize tries to smile, but it comes out shaky. She’s hungry, but why say anything? They’ll just put her in prison again.

“I’m glad you’re better.” Hinami smiles at her, and Ayato nods.

She nods. Her eyes are haunted.

“Are you Rize Kamishiro?” The gurgle voice of Nagachika Hideyoshi breaks into the room.

Rize turns and nods.

“We met once a long time ago. Back when you dated Ken!” Hide laughs, but Rize blanches.

“We’ve met someone with less tact than me,” Ayato whispers.

“Oh.” Hide winces. “Guess I shouldn’t have said that. Uh, uh, well, I’m with CCG – and we want to ask you questions, if you’re able? The doctors said it would be okay.”

Rize’s eyes widen. This is it. Where they put her in prison again.

“You’re not in trouble,” Hide assures. “Not at all. You remember Hsaio? She and her friend Saiko – she’s one of the human-ghoul hybrid investigators – have been pretty adamant about advocating for your well-being.”

Hsaio…Hsaio was always one of the nice half-humans. She didn’t hold Rize’s ghoul nature against her. Rize hesitantly nods.

One Year Later

“Don’t you love sugar? It’s the best.” Suzuya watches Rize delicately lick the ice cream cone he offered her.

“It’s…tolerable,” she says, surprised. Maybe Kimi’s formula will work, after all.

“It will be the best. When the science is done.” Suzuya nods eagerly. As the head investigator assigned on her case, he and Rize have bonded over a love of food, gory movies, and father figures.

“Oh hey, Hide.” Suzuya waves behind Rize.

She turns around and smiles slightly to see Hide unmasked. He’s trying not to hide himself anymore, like he promised her.

How am I the one who’s supposed to come out of hiding when you can’t even bear to show your own face? she’d screamed at him last weekend.

And he’d cried. And told her she was right.

“I got another signed copy from Sen Takatsuki,” Hide says with a conspiratorial tone.

Rize squeaks and grabs the book from his hand.

“Marude’s going crazy trying to, er, interfere with efforts to locate her.” Hide snickers.

“They won’t,” Rize says automatically.

“Nah.” Suzuya shakes his head.

“Wanna go home?” Hide asks, brushings fingertips against hers. His touch is so light it could be a breeze.

Home. Where people love her. And she likes them. Where she isn’t imprisoned, but set free.

Rize smirks at him. “I’d like that.”

When they first found out Ichika-chan could eat human food, Kaneki and Touka were feeding her and tried baby food which went surprisingly well. Once it did and she wanted more, he burst into the cafe (where there was Yomo, Uta, Hide, and Nishiki) and yelled “SHE CAN EAT HUMAN FOOD!!!” and Hide’s first thought was to ask if they could feed her a lemon and film it

The door nearly flies off its hinges. Kaneki stands in the frame, panting, double-over, shaking.

“What’s wrong?!” Nishiki yelps.

“SHE CAN EAT HUMAN FOOD!” He shrieks. Behind him, Touka appears with Ichika in her arms and a dry look on her face.

“That’s what you were freaking out over?” Nishiki snickers.

“That’s wonderful.” Yomo looks like he’s about to die of joy.

“I’m happy for all of you,” Uta says calmly.

“Can we feed her a lemon and film it?”

Everyone turns, slowly, to Hide, who sips his coffee. “It’d be so funny.”

“Holy shit! Why are there are nine kakugans staring at me!” he shrieks.

“Good!” Yomo bellows.

Touka shakes her fist.

“I’ll eat more than your face this time,” Kaneki growls.

“Get in line.” Nishiki seethes.

“Uh, I’m her father. I’m first,” Kaneki protests.

But behind all of them, Uta catches Hide’s gaze. He winks, with a slow nod.

What kind of games would Renji, Kaneki, Touka, Uta, Itori, Nico, Ayato, Hinami and Hide play? How would they react to jumpscares when playibg a scary game? :)

Yomo Renji – has a soft spot for Undertale. Despises jumpscares, but he’ll pretend they don’t bother him.

Uta – he loves strategy, all the strategy. Loves jump scares, too.

Itori – She loves dark games like Danganronpa. Komaeda is her fave. She is very vocal in her response to jump scares – she curses them with language that stuns even Uta.

Nico – Has never recovered from Nier Automata. She insists someone hold her while she plays a scary game, so she can grab them when she’s scared.

Kaneki Ken – visual novels all the way. He hates jump scares.

Kirishima Touka – she was recently introduced to the Legend of Zelda, and will not stop talking about it. Also fuck jump scares, but she doesn’t get too riled by them.

Kirishima Ayato – First person shooter games, and Portal. Jumpscares are his weakness, and Hinami has dutifully filmed this for Touka’s viewing pleasure.

Fueguchi Hinami – Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is her favorite, and tbh, the more people that play it, the more she loves it. Ayato’s screams when the bugs appear are beautiful. Also, she’s not a fan of jump scares.

Nagachika Hideyoshi – Mario Kart is his favorite. Watching people fall apart on Rainbow Road is truly a joy for him. Jump scares are the best!

((Just saw Love, Simon, and had to o this ask)) Can you do a little thing where Rin comes out to her brothers (Kaneki, Juuzou and Hide (he’s her honorary brother)) that she likes girls?

Is it as good as it looks???

“Kaneki?” Rin bites her lip. She’s uncharacteristically quiet today, and she seems a bit shaky.

“What is it?” he asks with concern.

Hide gives Rin a knowing smile, and it frightens her, because Hide surely doesn’t know.

“I, uh…I am gay.” She blurts it out. Just rip it off like a Band-Aid.

“I know,” Hide says then, to her surprise.

“I think that’s great. I’m bi.” Juuzou slides closer to offer her a lollipop.

“Really?” She goggles at Juuzou.

“Yep.” He shrugs. “It’s great to have another queer person in this family.”

They turn to Kaneki. Hide pokes him.

“Rin, were you scared to tell me?” he asks with concern.

Rin nods, a lump in her throat.

“I love you. I look forward to meeting your girlfriends,” Kaneki says, wiping his eyes. “I’m so proud of you, and you too, Juuzou. I support you no matter who you love.”

Rin throws her arms around Kaneki, and Juuzou quickly follows suit.

“Come here, Hide,” Rin calls, and he joins the group hug.

Can u please write about what happens after 161 and maybe a more indepht reaction from the other ccg to urie carrying haise back to camp

“Haise!” Akira sprints towards the Quinx and Touka, Amon on her heels. “Is he -”

“He’s breathing,” Urie says quickly.

“Thank goodness.” Akira glances towards Hide, who hardly dares to breathe. His friend is here; helpless and unconscious, but here.

“Get him under observation,” Marude says nervously.

“You got it.” Kimi Nishino snaps her fingers at her fellow scientists. She hasn’t seen Kaneki in years. Memories of her time in the church haunt her as she looks at his limp body.

“You okay?” Nishiki whispers.

She nods, swallowing a lump n her throat.

Across the room, Tsukiyama himself, the villain in her story, cries at the sight of Kaneki.

“He never stopped being a drama queen, did he?” Nishiki jokes.

Kimi smiles. “I guess not.”

“Tsukiyama, can you go tell Hinami and Yomo about this?” Touka asks wearily. She slumps a bit, and Mutsuki holds her upright, to Saiko’s pleasure.

“I’ll go, too,” Ayato says quickly.

“Thanks,” Touka tells her brother with a tired smile. She grips Kaneki’s hand as the scientists place him on a bed. “You’re gonna be okay, Ken. I promise.”

Oneshot!Kaneki, TG!Touka and Hide (you can choose if you want an alternative oneshot version or the classic version) in high school as friends

– Hide’s the sunshine boy, but he and Oneshot!Kaneki became friends precisely because Kaneki didn’t like him. Hide just wore Kaneki down until Kaneki realized he missed Hide’s presence.

– Touka was once given detention for trying to punch another student. Hide and Kaneki arranged a plan for her to escape the detention room through the window, go get cake form the nearby bakery, and return in time.

– Hide loves passing notes. It annoys Touka, but she also likes breaking the rules. Kaneki hates it, but he’ll read them for his friends.

– They went to prom as a three-membered date. It was Hide’s idea, and Kaneki was quite enthusiastic. Touka was over the idea of prom, but she agreed for her friends.

– Oneshot! Kaneki can actually out-dance Hide, once he moves past his self-consciousness.

– Hide tried to lift Touka and dropped her instead. Oneshot!Neki caught her (or did she catch him? It’s unclear). And that’s how he won the Great Prom Dance-Off.
