Chikamaru first time ;)? Maybe with Yoshitoki being all confident about going to be a top but whoopsie he actually likes to bottom with Maru (who is so freaking smut about it.) Bonus point, the next day Furuta won’t let him live it down (we don’t know how he knows. He is furuta, he simply does.)

Oh my god I love you for more Yoshitoki asks. And yes, the machinations of Furuta are an enigma. 😉

Marude gasps slightly as Yoshitoki presses him against his bed.

“Maru,” he murmurs.

He loves when Chika calls him that silly nickname. Is this love? Probably. Ugh, he’s going sentimental in his old age.

“Chika.” Marude stares up at his best friend.

“We should have done this a lot sooner,” says Yoshitoki, disquiet in his eyes.

“Now’s as good a time as ever.” Marude winks and allows Yoshitoki to remove his shirt.

Yoshitoki trembles as Marude returns the favor. He feels like Chika again with Maru. He feels free and vulnerable and happy.

“Maru,” he whispers. “Would you – would you want to try being on top?”

Marude looks surprised for a moment before his eyes gleam. “I’d love that.”

When their bodies combine and Marude whispers love in his ear, Yoshitoki can only think of Maru, of the man he’s loved for years. His father, his wicked family, and his secret are far from his mind.

Marude suckles the skin on Yoshitoki’s neck, and Yoshitoki sighs with contentment.

“Thank you,” Marude says when they’re finished. “Though I can’t believe I just got to ride the Bureau Director.”

Yoshitoki turns red, and Marude finds it adorable. “We all know my ferocity is an act.”

“I know.” Marude’s eyes turn tender. “That’s why I love you.”

The next day, Yoshitoki finds his steps lighter. He even whistles to himself as he walks along the hallways, until he realizes someone is following him and whistling in tune.

“Furuta.” His little brother looks just like him as a kid. Yoshitoki often feels guilty for not being able to reach Furuta more.

“I see you finally enjoyed Marude’s ministrations, eh?” Furuta walks past laughing. “Don’t worry, I won’t tell your father.”

“Souta Nimura Washuu Furuta, get back here!”

Please please please after this chapter I desperately need Furutui fluff, I’m suffering so much. Be it an AU or just Ui accepting Furuta’s apologises, I’m in your care, I just need something Tooth rotting sweet

❤ ❤ ❤  Nonny-Mouse.

“My purpose is done.” Furuta walks away.

“Wait!” Ui chases after him, Hirako and Yusa on his heels. “You can’t just – you can’t walk away!”

“Aren’t I?” Furuta takes another step back.

Ui’s surprised at the deadness in Furuta’s eyes. “Why? I just…I want to know why.”

Furuta laughs harshly. “I can’t.”

“You can and you must.” Ui pales. “Why did you entrust me with your plan?”

“Because I knew you wouldn’t break.”

“I’m breaking now.”

“We’re all broken. Look around you.” Furuta shrugs.

Ui stomps his foot. “Why don’t you care about anything or anyone?!”

Furuta swallows. “Caring is a pain in the ass.”

Ui glowers at him.

“If you want to kill me, you can. I really don’t care.” Furuta holds out his hands. “Do your worst.”

“Ui,” Hirako warns.

Ui knows Furuta’s just tempting him further. That’s all he’s ever been to Furuta, isn’t it? Just someone to stumble.

He steps closer, shooting Hirako a knowing look. Hirako, with a satisfied nod, lets Ui approach Furuta.

“I should want to. Kill you, that is.” Ui pauses. “I really don’t, though.”

“Then you’re a fool.” Furuta closes his eyes. End it.

“Maybe you’re the fool for thinking you should die.”

There’s silence, and when Furuta opens his eyes, he sees Ui holding out his hand to Furuta. “Come on. We can still make this right.”

“Nothing’s right.” Furuta goggles at Ui.

“No, but we can clean up what little we can,” says Hirako.

“You know,” says Yusa through tears, “if you had just asked the One-Eyed King about the world he wanted, everything could have been different.”

“Kaneki was easy to figure out.”

“Not Kaneki. Arima,” said Hirako.

Ui’s mouth drops in synchrony with Furuta’s.

He grabs Furuta’s hand. “I’m taking you with us. I won’t let you self-destruct any more. I won’t do to you what you did to me. And I can’t forgive you, but I can’t let you die, you know?”

“I really don’t.” Furuta trembles.

“You’re one of the Garden kids too.” Hirako sighs. “Arima would have wanted you protected, too.”

“I have no idea what he’s talking about,” Ui says icily. “But come with us, and you all can explain to me. Because if Arima would have wanted you alive, I do, too.” He lowers his voice. “And even if he didn’t, I still would.”

Furuta is terrified of the compassion in Ui’s voice. But he allows Ui and Hirako to lead him forward. And his grip tightens on Ui’s.

I need some UiHai angst. I don’t think Ui has actually cried since Hairu died, so can I have a scenario where just after the last chapter, Ui suddenly breaks down and can’t stop sobbing? Add anything else you like :)

“Do you think we’re closer to the world Arima wanted?” Yusa’s back remains to Ui, but Ui hears the defeat in his voice.

And it breaks him.

Arima, Hairu, Shio, Rikai, Hairu, Hairu, Hairu, Sakai, Hairu…

Ui gasps. He hasn’t let himself cry in so long.

And suddenly the tears won’t stop.

Furuta looks terrified. “Bye!”

Yusa knees a fleeing Furuta between his thighs. The former director falls over, howling.

But Ui howls louder. “Fuck you! Fuck you, Furuta Nimura!”

“What if I told you that wasn’t my full name?”

“Shut up!” Ui throws a chunk of collapsed concrete at him. He misses by about two meters.

“Fuck me! I allowed this.” Ui grabs his hair. These dead kids – he let them die! “What have I done?”

“Allowed this?”

“Shut up,” Hirako barks at Furuta.

“I miss her. I miss her so – so much and I – and Arima – he was the one one – who understood me – and now – I’ve lost everything!” Ui sobs. “I should have died, not Hairu. Not Arima.”

Yusa and Hirako exchange glances.

“Go on and tell him,” Furuta mutters. He should hate Ui – Ui’s everything he despised – but Ui showed him one moment of encouragement months ago, so for some reason he can’t hate him.

He can’t make it up to Ui. He doesn’t even care to.

But he might as well let the boy know the truth.

“Ui, Arima – Arima was dying anyways. So was Hairu.” Hirako swallows.

“Huh?” Ui’s face pinches. Hairu, who giggled every night with him, who fed him melon pan, who laughed at everything he did. Hairu who revitalized his life? No, never.

He just wants another second with her. Just enough time to tell her he loves her. Please, God.

“Listen to me.” Hirako sighs. “But this is gonna take a long time to explain.”

*comes out of crying corner* You know there’s a possibility Hairu might have appeared in a panel this chapter? The crouching person with a black hood resembles her calendar page which pretty much confirmed her revival. Ishida’s most likely gonna cliffhanger the shit out of that panel and not reveal who it is for who knows how long, so maybe you’d like to give us an angsty Uihai reunion scenario? *goes back to crying corner*

*crawls out of tokyo ghoul hell/crying pit* Ishida? Cliffhanger? -___-

*slithers back into tokyo ghoul hell/crying pit to wail about Hairu some more*

Come to TG hell; our tears have extinguished all the flames.

Hairu clamps one hand over her kakugan eye and makes her way into the 24th Ward tunnels. She can smell flesh – but no – she’s human, she’s mostly human, she won’t give in.

But she can also smell Furuta, and she’d like to sink her teeth – no, a sword – into him.

A scene of carnage awaits her. Blood, entrails, children who are just husks swallowed by that dragon kagune.

Hairu sniffles and ventures further.

She screams. Shio – and Rikai – headless bodies –

She could eat the bodies.

No! Hairu slaps herself. Shio! Shio, her cousin! How could CCG do this?

She follows the blood to the smell of Furuta and – cigarettes.

Hairu peeks around the corner to see a dejected Furuta, Ui leaning on Hirako, and Yusa’s tear-streaked face.

Ui’s not sure who screamed first, Furuta or Yusa.

But what he does know is that Hairu is screaming right back.

“Who killed Shio?” she growls.

“Hajime. He was twelve.” Furuta shrugs.

Hairu leaps at Furuta. Her teeth snap – no, wait –

“What did you do to me? Why did you do this?” she howls, backing away to kneel before them all.

“Hairu!” Ui launches himself at her. She looks up – and his heart stops at one kakugan. “A quinx?”

“No, a half-ghoul,” Hairu snarls. “Ui, did you – you knew about this?”

“I – it was the only way. I needed you back,” he pleads.

“Was this worth it?!”

Ui’s face crumbles. How can he be truthful without making her feel worse? “Y – yes.”

“No. The answer is no.” Hairu sobs.

Yusa wraps an arm around her. Ui’s too scared to dare.

“Ui, I don’t know if this is Kanou or dragon. But i know they didn’t do anything that wasn’t already in our blood,” Yusa says. “Right, Furuta?”

Furuta winces.

“What do you mean?” Ui looks scared.

“We’re all half-ghouls. Deemed ‘failed experiments,’ more human than ghoul,” Hirako says stiffly.

“No!” Ui looks into Hairu’s pooling kalgan, into Yusa’s sorrowful face, into Furuta’s face which bears just the slightest flicker of shame.

Ui recoils. “What is this?”

“The Washuus,” Furuta mumbles.

“Arima, too.” Hirako eyes Ui. This spoiled brat better be nice to Hairu real quick.

Ui stutters. “I – I don’t – it can’t – ”

“Just kill me!” Hairu cries suddenly. “I’m hungry, Ui. I’m going to have to eat people. Kill me.”

“But I want you alive.” Ui begins to cry. He holds out his forearm. “You can eat me if you like.”

Hairu sobs. “I don’t wanna eat you, Koori.”

Ui wraps her in a hug. “I want you alive, ghoul and all. Just – please – someone -tell me what’s happening?”

“Furuta’s good at stories, let’s let him tell.” Yusa scowls.

“Tell or we’ll feed you to her,” Hirako snaps.

Hairu shakes her head. “I don’t even want to eat him.”

“It’s not like I taste bad!” Furuta snaps back. He pauses and unscrews a vial. “Here. Rc cells. Concentrated. They help.”

Hairu gasps and, for once, Ui wonders if he shouldn’t regret following Furuta.

But no. He does. He has to.

But he has Hairu, too. He looks around the cavern left by dragon. He has to survive and live with this, just as Hairu will.

I’ve seen the daddy kink is quite popular in this fandom, so what if Hairu started calling Ui like this but it’s too much to handle for ui boi

Oh dear.

“Can you put these papers on Arima’s desk?” Ui smiles at his girlfriend.

“Okay, Daddy.” She kisses him before dancing away.

Ui wheezes. What? Huh?

Laughter sounds from across the room. Furuta Nimura can’t stand properly. Hirako is bright red.

“Why’d she call him Daddy?” Shio’s eyes are even wider than normal.

“Let’s go practice!” Hirako waves the Squad Zero children away.

“Hairu,” Ui hisses when she returns. “You can’t call me that.”

“Why, Daddy?” Hairu smirks.

Ui’s certain he’s going to melt into a puddle on the floor. Gurgles come out of his mouth. Sweat runs down his forehead.

Hairu draws him closer. “Why don’t you be my daddy tonight, hmm?”

A crash catches both their attention. Furuta whistles innocently as he steps aside to show Arima, who’s dropped IXA and his jaw to the floor.

Furuta getting a door closed on him every time he gives Rize gifts or does something ridiculous to catch her attention :’D What a determined Casanova.

You cannot convince me he doesn’t tell knock-knock jokes the entire time.

“Rize, wake up! I picked you a dandelion!” Souta knocks on the door to her quarters in the Sunlit Garden.

She opens the door. “Souta, it’s 5 am. And dandelions are weeds.”

“But you can blow on them and they fly away free!”

Rize shuts the door.

He pounds desperately. “Knock-knock. Who’s there? A dandy. A dandy who? A dandy-lion!”

——————————————-

“Souta, come back here!” Arima chases after the kid, who has stolen IXA.

“Rize, look at me!” he shrieks as he nearly takes Hsaio’s head off. “Oops.”

Rize shakes her head. And shuts herself in her room.

Once his punishment is complete, a bruised Souta totters over to her door.

“Knock-Knock. Who’s there? Arima. Arima who? Arima-gonna-kill you,” he sings.

——————————————

“Rize, Rize, I bought you a novel!” Souta waves around a copy of Dear Kafka. “It’s got blood and body parts, just like you said you wanted!”

“Aieeee! Thank you!” Rize hugs him. She looks like her cheerful self again. She takes the book – and then isolates herself in her room again.

“Knock-knock, who’s there? Sad Souta. Sad Souta who? Sad Souta who wants to be your friend,” he says, kicking the dirt.

Iyo waves him over. “She’s sad because she’s getting older.”

“Older?”

“You know.” Iyo lowers her voice. “When girl ghouls grow up. The men aren’t nice to them.”

Souta blushes. Someone’s going to force Rize to…no. No. He won’t let them!

—————————————-

“Follow me.” Souta tugs Rize along. His eyes gleam with excitement.

“I should be back,” Rize says.

“No, you’re never going back.” Souta steps back to reveal an unlocked door. “Run.”

“What?”

“You want to escape, don’t you? I distracted the guards for a bit. Go. Just…don’t forget me.” Souta shoves her forward. He opens the door for her.

“Souta.” Rize steps over the threshold.

“Go. I’m gonna lock you out now.” With tears in his eyes, Souta shuts the door in her face.

“Knock-knock, who’s there? Happy Souta. Happy Souta who? Happy Souta who just saved his love,” he calls out, but Rize is already gone.

How do you imagine Tsubaki like? Physically, I mean

Oooh. I think she looks a lot like her brother – they probably have the same mole, pale skin, black hair, and mischievous grins. She’s probably medium height, because she’s still growing, but she’ll be tall someday, just like her dear brother.

Her hair might have a bit more curl than his. It’s possible Furuta styled his Souta bangs after Tsubaki’s hairstyle. She’s also really fond of makeup and would probably wear gaudy eyeshadow and crazy lipstick to everyday occasions .

😀 (I’d draw her, but I’m reallllllly bad at art).

Can you please write something with Furuta being all serious about telling Tsubaki he is an half ghoul and she’s like “bitch I already knew and I’m so gonna punch you for shortening your life span //even more//”? I feel like she’d be more pissed about not being able to spend more time with her bro than Fruit lying to her or him becoming half ghoul. I just want some sibling bonding time ;A;

“Tsubaki – I need to you listen to me.” Furuta sits his sister down on the pink chair in his office, the preposterous chair he bought just for her.

“Yes, dearie?”

Furuta rolls his eyes. “I can’t eat the strawberries with you because I…have become a half-ghoul.”

Tsubaki raises one eyebrow. “Bitch, I already knew, and I’m so gonna punch you for shortening your life span even more.”

Furuta chokes. “Don’t swear.”

“You like it when I swear.” She leaps into his arms and slugs him in his face. “Take that!”

“My face!” Furuta gasps. “Good thing I have enhanced healing now.”

“And an un-enhanced life span!” she wails. “Why are you so eager to abandon me?”

“I’m not…I just wanted to be stronger,” Furuta pleads. His stomach flip-flops when he sees genuine tears in her eyes.

“I miss you already.” Tsubaki sniffles. “It’s not fair.”

“We’ll…just live happily in the time we do have?”

“You couldn’t even make that sound convincing, bro.” Tsubaki begins pacing.

“Don’t you dare become a half-ghoul to spite me,” Furuta warns.

She narrows her eyes, because that was certainly her first idea. “Shut it. I’m thinking how to save you.”

“You can’t save me.” No one can.

“I can and I will!” She jabs a finger into his face. “I’ll employ every scientist CCG owns. I will sort out this aging crisis. Did you ever think it might have an easy solution that Daddy Dear was just unwilling to find? Because he never loved us. But I love you. I will help you. I will – Furuta, I can’t lose you.”

Furuta sighs. “There’s no stopping you, is there?”

“Nope.” Tsubaki relishes that she’s the one person who can best Furuta Nimura at his own games. “You know I love you, right?”

“Yeah.” Furuta croaks. It hurts to admit it. Sometimes he’d rather no one loved him.

“Do you love me? Please…tell me the truth.” Tsubaki’s eyes shine wth tears, and both recall the time she caught Tsuneyoshi and demanded the same answer.

And he’d asked how a dragon could love a gnat.

“Of course I do,” Furuta whispers, rubbing the top of her head.

Furuta is captured by Goat. Angst.

“Eat up, little baby!” Furuta remembers spreading his arms wide as death soared for him.

So how is he waking up – not in nothingness or hell, but in a cell?

Bonjour, Souta. Remember me?”

Furuta sits straight up. Oh, his circulation to his arms and legs has been cut off by chains that bind him to a wall.

Tsukiyama Shuu lounges across the cell.

“Are you my guard?” Furuta bares his teeth.

“For now. That was a dirty trick. I lost my student and two little admirers, you know.” Tsukiyama holds up a card.

To Mr. Tsukiyama,

you’re so cute!

Love,

your secret admirers.

Tsukiyama fights back tears. Shio and Rikai and Yusa were no doubt behind that. And now two are gone, along with Naki.

And it hurts.

“Where’s your king? Or should I say kings?” Furuta snickers.

“Resting.” Tsukiyama chuckles. “See, my dear, you miscalculated. Our king fails in many respects, but he loves us. His rampage stopped at stopping CCG. My, my, we had quite a time deciding whether to eat you all or not. In the end, we settled for keeping you all alive.” He displays his kakugans. “Suitable vengeance, isn’t it? Living with yourself.”

“Why?” Fury begins to bubble in Furuta. He isn’t going to waste away here from accelerated aging. He’s going to be executed by a vengeful Kaneki, who will destroy CCG and everyone who partook in this godforsaken war. “Get me Kaneki! Get me him! Let him kill me! I know he wants to – fuck you!”

“Nah.” Tsukiyama nods. “This was definitely the right choice.”

“Kill me!” screams Furuta. “Kill me! Please! Ha, ha – what if I told you I had your Rose’s body in a freezer? Would you kill me then?”

Tsukiyama’s face remains cold. “Karren deserves better than me killing you.”

“No, please!” Furuta shrieks.

“He’s right.” Ui’s voice comes from next door. “We deserve this.”

I deserve to die!” Furuta bellows.

“Just a question, ever tried deserving to live? Because I think that’s what I deserved.” Hajime calls out from across the hall.

Oh great. The twerp lived. Furuta flops over.

“Someone wants to talk to you.” Tsukiyama opens the door to let in Arima Yusa.

 “Lonely?” Furuta asks.

Yusa’s eyes are bloodshot. “You know, you used to be Shio’s hero. What you did for Rize gave him hope long before we knew Arima had a plan.”

Furuta glowers.

“I’m going to forgive you,” Yusa croaks. “Because that’s what Shio would do. And I bet it’s what Kaneki does, too.”

Furuta is terrified. “I’ve become unforgivable.”

“Not to me. Maybe I’m a dumb child, but I have to be, right?” Yusa’s voice cracks, and Furuta stares at him.

“Souta – slap – why did you let her go?”

Souta shrugged. “Because I’m a dumb child. I have to be, right?”
