Nozomi meeting her grandparents (Houji/Tatara) for the first time~? <3

Nozomi is the devious Arieto child from @hamliet‘s “The (Mis)Adventures of Goat.”

– She takes to Tatara immediately, because Eto’s told her all kinds of mischief tales with Tatara.

– Houji is still processing that Arima is married to Eto, they had sex, and now they have a child who by all appearances would be CCG’s worst nightmare, if CCG still existed.

– “Is it true you’re a stick-in-the-mud?” Nozomi taunts Houji. “Uncle Seidou said so.”

– Houji gets on her good side by supplying the voracious Nozomi with food. He and Tatara often give her airplane rides, or contort themselves into jungle gyms. She likes jumping from uncle to uncle.

– At the end of the day, Houji corners Arima. “Admit it. You like your little clown.”

– “No, I love them both,” Arima says, with a hint of emotion. Which is more than Houji’s ever seen, and that’s enough to satisfy Tatara.

Cuddles? Healing? It is true.

Kaneki

– He finds it healing and soothing. Cuddles with you are his time to breathe again, to feel warm and accepted.

– He sometimes discusses his fears and problems while cuddling. It helps him feel less afraid.

Eto

– Cuddles with Eto will inevitably turn into a tickle fight.

– She clutches you so tight you have occasionally had to ask her to let you breathe.

Ayato

– He’s confused at first. Uh, why do you need such close space?

– Over time, he grows to appreciate your snuggle sessions, and may even become grumpy if they don’t happen.

Mutsuki

– he’s surprised and uncomfortable at such close contact, because he feels he doesn’t deserve it.

– probably cries with joy and acceptance, and eventually – tentatively – learns to be an assertive cuddlebug himself.

Saiko

– Saiko is a cuddlebug, too, so you were made for each other.

– Even in public, you both are all snuggles. Aura sometimes makes gagging noises, but Saiko shuts him up real fast.

Okay, but eventually Itami (Eto’s CCG s/o) is going to be caught out right? What’s going to happen once he’s outed as a double agent? Reactions of named CCG operatives?

This is going to hurt.

– Itami is outed in the aftermath of Rushima/the Cochlea raid, after finding Eto near death or possibly dead. He allows himself to be arrested to distract further from Kaneki and company’s flight.

– Ui is devastated – not Itami, too? Is anyone loyal?

– Saiko cries, because she liked Itami.

– Urie is perturbed that a long-running human investigator would be a traitor, but in the aftermath of Rushima, Mutsuki doesn’t notice much.

– Furuta is gleeful, and probably mocks Itami while he’s imprisoned. To his disappointment, Itami is not as witty or willing to exchange verbal barbs as Eto was.

– Itami is sentenced to death, and Takeomi and Yoriko visit him to give him baked items, because tbh they still like him, even if they’re hurt.

– Unfortunately, Itami is soon scheduled to be executed alongside Yoriko. With the idea of keeping him alive to pry information from him.

– He escapes with Takeomi and Yoriko, and assists Goat upon the release of dragon.

– He doesn’t believe Eto is dead and will stop at nothing to determine her fate.

((Long time no see! How are you?)) How would Kaneki, Eto, Tsukiyama, Ayato and Amon be with their S/O who is blind?

Kaneki

– his s/o would probably need to reassure him that they’re okay doing things on their own.

– His s/o likes teasing him that they see him better than most. Because they understand his personality so well.

– Kaneki may have once tried to break up with them during his Shironeki! phase, for their safety. “Breaking up with a blind person is just cruel,” they wheedled, and he laughed as he realized how much he’d miss them.

– Even if it’s selfish, he’s gonna stick with his s/o forever.

Eto

– She can’t resist teasing them on occasion by moving furniture.

– Her s/o occasionally taps her with her walking stick in retaliation. It’s all in good fun.

– despite her nonchalant act, Eto cares a lot. She once tried to use her kagune to heal their sight. She was devastated when it didn’t work – and by that, I mean she went unusually silent for an hour.

Tsukiyama

– He immediately buys them the largest, floofiest service dog imaginable.

– He then convinces Mirumo and the Tsukiyama household to start training service dogs.

– He really loves giving his s/o the widest breadth of sensory experiences to make up for their lack of sight. Especially gustatory. 😛

Ayato

– he was originally afraid to bring it up lest he come across as tactless.

– to which his s/o replies that his tactless nature is part of his charm.

– He’s confident in their abilities to take care of themselves, but he also can’t bear to think of CCG ever coming near them.

Amon

– He’s mildly overprotective, and this is a sort of conflict at the start of their relationship.

– Eventually, he checks himself when he realizes his s/o is actually hurt.

– They love hearing his tales of heroism and activities. Once he becomes a kakuja, they hunt him down themselves after never believing he died at Anteiku.

– They become a Team to be Reckoned with as they spy on Aogiri and CCG alike.

“Happy Valentine’s Day.” Eto wakes Itami by licking his eyeball.

“Eto, that’s disgusting.” Itami shifts over in bed.

“But you’re awake, so it was worth it.” Eto chuckles. “What if I take my shirt off? Will that wake you up more?”

“Eto!” Itami sits up in bed, eyes wide.

She giggles and delivers a lingering kiss to his lips.

“You know, I’m so much happier with you,” Itami confesses. Even as a traitor now, even as a spy, he’s happy in a way he never was when he served CCG. How could he be happy, when he was ordered to murder predatory ghouls who deserved it, and innocent ghoul children as if they were the same?

“That’s what they all say,” Eto jokes. But a faint blush appears on her cheeks, the only sign she’s moved by his words.

Itami wraps his strong arms around her, forever amused at the fact that, despite how tiny she is, she’s strong enough to overpower everyone at CCG save Arima is.

“I love you, too, Itami,” she whispers.

His eyes mist.

“And now.” Eto giggles before hurling him out of bed.

“Oof!”

“It’s lover’s day. There’s no time to waste, Itami.” Eto leaps to the floor. “Now let’s start with breakfast.”

Itami shakes his head, marveling at his saucy partner once more.

Can we have a scenario where Eto is alive and laughing her ass off at what Kaneki’s got himself into?

“He’s a dragon. A motherfucking dragon, Dad.” Eto sits outside the container with her father. “It’s kinda interesting, a large worm really. You’d like it.”

She pauses. “Or not. You’d care more about the people he killed.”

She sighs. “He killed kids, Dad. Lots of them. Kinda like a reverse you, sacrificing your own kid for someone else’s. Ha.”

Yoshimura doesn’t even blink. Of course.

She could make another human into an Owl, but why bother? Furuta’s plan, the plan more brutal than she and Arima even dared, is working.

Eto laughs. “I wonder if Touka’s still got the hots for that worm.”

Her phone rings. Nagachika Hideyoshi.

“Knew you’d call,” she snaps as she answers.

“Wanna help us dig out Kaneki?” His voice comes out garbled as usual.

“Not really. I’m too busy spending quality time with my Father.” Eto shrugs.

“That’s too bad. Get your ass in disguise and try.” Hide turns wheedling. “Imagine the taunts you can level at CCG over Arima.”

Eto raises an eyebrow. “I could certainly give them plenty of information to add to his medical records.”

Hide coughs. “Yeah…you could troll CCG and help the world.”

“Now that, my dear, is an excellent plan. Be right there.” Eto hangs up and prepares to leave her apartment.

Oh, the insults she’ll be able to rub in that Marude’s face.

i accidentally pronounced itami as vitami/vitamin so mb naki would do it and what’s everyone’s reaction would be like

Eto – falls to the floor and rolls around laughing.

Itami – too embarrassed to correct him.

Tatara – shakes his head in shame. He might be smiling under his mask.

Ayato – “is no one really going to say it? It’s Itami, not Vitami, you harebrain!”

Miza – OMG Naki why are you like this?

Hinami – I think Vitamin is a cute code name!

Takizawa Seidou – Gotta admit it’s funny, but hey, maybe that’s your real name too, since you’re apparently a TRAITOR TO CCG.

Rio – bahahahaha

Yumitsu Tomoe – off to collect on the people she had a running bet with that this would happen.

AU where Ukina is still dead, but Eto was able to remain with and be raised by Kuzen and they just get to enjoy all the typical father and daughter things.

– Kuzen read to Eto every night before bed, spurring her love for literature.

– When she got her first novel accepted, Kuzen couldn’t stop bragging about her, and Eto loved the attention.

– Koma loved giving Eto piggyback rides when she was little. Now he likes to tease her that she’s still small enough, if she wants.

– Eto has, more than once, convinced Uta and Itori to help her prank Yomo until he begged for mercy.

– Ten-year-old Eto snuck into young Uta’s newly opened HySy, and told him she was going to marry him. Kuzen had to drag her out of the studio after Uta gave him a frantic phone call at 3 am.

– When she was a teenager, Eto once tried to seduce her human schoolmate who was a customer in Anteiku. That’s how Kuzen’s turned gray.

– Kuzen loves editing her books.

– When Eto was thirteen, Kuzen awakened one night to find her eating an entire carton of ice cream. When he asked her why, she replied “my uterus has come alive” and he freaked out even though all she meant was cramps.

– Kuzen definitely let Eto apply makeup to his face. It was’t uncommon for him to wake up to her having plastered on face paint during the night, either.

Can Itami meet Niji? I feel like they’d have some cute time //And he’d be super protective

“Hey, kid.” Itami watches to make sure the bullies have scattered. “I’m not gonna hurt you.”

He was on his way to meet Eto when he came across the scene. Three older kids beating up a young boy, calling him slurs. And then the boy stumbled, and Itami noticed his kakugan form.

So he meddled, CCG briefcase still in hand. Eto would be proud.

The kid flinches.

“Really. I know I’m CCG, but I won’t turn you in.” Itami holds out his hand. “What’s your name?”

“You can call me Niji.” The kid’s voice is more feminine than Itami expected, so he wonders if he’s misjudged their gender. Maybe that’s why those idiots beat her up.

“I’m Itami, Niji. It’s good to meet you.” Itami hands her a business card with his name on it. “Run along home now, but please be careful about showing your kakugans. Some of my colleagues are, er, unkind.”

“You’re not going to kill me? Isn’t that against the law?” Niji crosses her arms.

Itami winks. “I won’t tell if you won’t.”

The kid smiles slightly. “Thank you.”

She steps forward, as if she wants to hug him, but instead runs away.

He doesn’t blame her. He wouldn’t trust him if he were a ghoul. He’s grateful Eto does.

Speaking of, he’s late. Itami opens his phone to reveal nearly thirty text messages from SpicyMint Girlfriend.

So… Itami is like, not a canon character right? I’ve only ever seen him here but he’s hands down one of my favourites. Could you do some hcs?

– Itami is tall and well-built, because Eto would have nothing less.

– Eto probably rubs their relationship into Tatara and Arima’s faces.

– He might be a few years younger than Eto.

– Itami is an older brother to two sisters. Eto admires his resolve to provide support and guidance for them.

– Itami is mildly socially awkward, so he had never had a girlfriend or boyfriend before Eto.

– Itami is bisexual, and used to have a crush on Yoshitoki.

– When Eto discovered his former crush, she teased him mercilessly.

– He never really wanted to work with CCG. His father pushed him into the academy, for well-intentioned but silly reasons like “manliness.”

– He and Eto met at a book signing. She took interest in him for CCG reasons (plus he was cute), and he was flustered/flattered by how friendly and smart she was.

– He never once considered leaving her once discovering her true identity.
