Lily’s real name is Hirose Aina. 

I have a feeling that as soon as Aina joined Goat like the survivor she is, she befriends Miza and strongly supports Nakimiza.

Aina probably is how Naki was able to hide and recover for so long after the raid on the 24th ward. She snuck him out.
