She does. Baby blue and powder pink are her favorite colors. 

Kiyoko occasionally helps her out, although then Mougan wants to go clubbing, and Kiyoko is not a fan of clubs. 

Mougan is a surprisingly graceful dancer, so she prefers dresses that poof out when she twirls around.

She’s also skilled at recognizing designer brands, ad being able to give fashion advice to all the members of CCG. It’s an open secret that if anyone is concerned about their appearance, or wants a makeover, you go see Mougan.
